Easy to use. Lightweight for the size. Faster than anticipated.

This laptop is reliable for its affordability. The touch screen is also really convenient on the 15.6 inch screen. There is plenty of memory for storage. I use this laptop for casual browsing and using Microsoft Office.

I bought one of theses for my Mother in Law, I liked it so much, I bought one for myself. It works fine as is but I added 4 gbs, of RAM and a SSD , it really works great for my needs. The only complaint I have is the mouse pad is not too responsive, I'm hoping it breaks in a little. With the i3 processor, a regular HDD slows the PC down a lot, an SSD is much better and the added RAM made it even better. I formatted the SSD and installed a fresh Windows 10 and installed the Dell drivers, it freed a lot of space. I got a good deal at Best Buy on this PC, so the money I saved, I invested a little and made this in to a little super PC. So far, no problems, it has great sound, nice clear screen an does everything it's supposed to. I'm happy with this PC.

So far so good. I've only had it a few weeks. I love the large screen with a clear vibrant picture. It has more than enough memory for someone like me who does product and vacation research and lots of online shopping.

Good computer for daily use. Speed and capacity are more than adequate. Would like Microsoft to fix the "keyboard disconnect " issue with version 10 but the touchscreen makes it much easier to reset under settings.

This laptop serves the purpose I bought it for. It has the memory and functionality to accomplish all that I do in my spare time with it. For instance, email, connecting to forums, launching other software remotely to utilize, and keep up with the digital age. It takes care of itself, and I don't have to be an expert to have the functionality I want.

This laptop is probably on the lower end of the middle. It is NOT a super performance machine, but it is certainly not a paper weight. We use this one for maily documents and files, so no gaming or a ton of web surfing really happens on this machine. The times we do go on the internet with this machine it works just fine.

Bought this to take on vacation and to use away from my desk (Dell desktop). The touch screen is an added bonus and I'll say that this laptop is faster than I expected. Windows 10 is surprisingly fast and easy to use. No complaints from my wife either as she also uses it. We use it in both Start Menu and Start Screen modes. Great little machine.

For the price, I think this is a really solid laptop. Touchscreen is pretty responsive, and very simple to set up. Biggest complaint is that it can be a bit slow, at times, but I am really enjoying it.

I got this laptop for my husband , to play game and research ! He say this is good enough!! He is not using now , I don't know why , I'm very happy this pc , every 4 to 5year I buy laptops ! Hope good work

A very easy to use computer. I am using this for very basic things - email, social media, internet, basic Office tasks - and it fully meets my needs. Clear screen, lightweight. Good value for the money.

Compared this laptop with 6 GIG RAM and 1T memory to one at another store with 8 GIG RAM with a similar price -- but I chose this because of the touch screen that this one had and the other did not.

It is slow sometimes, but it's very good for normal use. I do not regret my purchase. I just wish i got MS Office for free with it since i spent $360 and had to spend more to buy MS Office. The touch screen feature works great too! Battery seems ok so far.

Lightweight and easy to use. Battery doesn't last as long as I would like. I've had everything for this little Dell Gem to the workhorses from Dell and I will never lose my loyalty to this company.

The computer was a good value for the cost. It included features 6 to 12 months earlier that cost twice as much. It worked well out fo the box and replaced a four year old Apple system quite well.

Perfect computer for basic needs. Enough RAM and memory for schoolwork or household use. Touch screen is fun extra! I gave 4 stars because the housing feels cheap. Overall very happy with purchase.

Loads fast on startup. Touch screen works very well. Browsing online is quick. CD burner runs as fast as a tower cpu.

Great touch screen laptop for beginners... good price...i3 processor is bit slower but can't complain because of price.. 1 tb hdd ..little bit heavy compare to other model.. overall good laptop
