I bought this laptop on April 25,2017. I ordered it online early in the am and picked it up on the same day. Thinking it would be a great laptop but sadly I was wrong. I bought it for school and was really excited to use it. I wasn't until like two weeks when I actually started using it. When a warning kept coming up saying my battery is not compatible with the device. I took out the battery and checked the codes to see if they were the same and it was. Then I got another warning saying the adapter cord that charges the laptop was the wrong one even though the brand said Dell and was the same one from the box. Sadly I didn't have the money to buy a warranty in time so I was no longer able to refund it. Now when I use this laptop I have to keep the cord plugged into an outlet since the laptop stopped charging a month after the two weeks I got it. Why am I writing this review now? Well for the reason now that I have gotten another warning telling me to use the adapter cord that is from the brand DELL because it can explode while in use. Just keep in mind it is the same cord that came in the box. Which I have also gotten a HP laptop from best buy in Springfield,OR in the past. Which for some reason had the same outcome. Me having to keep the adapter cord plugged in to the wall in order to use it because it no longer charged. Main reason I BOUGHT the DELL laptop to only have it happen to me again, but worse this time since I am being warned it could explode. I tried to give best buy a second chance but I dont think I ever will again.

This laptop operates well enough to browse the web without restriction. The video card operates well, giving good quality picture without video lag. Plays most games without issue.

I love the computer I got. I would love to get another one

awesome laptop! specially for the price. bought it for my wife to work.

My biggest issue is Windows 10. Old dog, new trick. The computer is fine. I find it difficult to get into new wifi networks. Most likely something I'm doing but still irritating.
