    I purchased this laptop in 2017 for my mom and it immediately started having problems. The computer will just shutdown unexpectedly without any warning. I thought she was probably doing something wrong at first and being in IT, I thought I could fix it immediately. I bought new hard drive to replace the original drive and still the problem persisted. In thinking I could fix it, I probably waited too long to send it back.

    About 45 minutes into use, started getting the blue screen of death and reset. Contacted Microsoft to troubleshoot for 4 hours, same issue. Blue Screen appears randomly and always has different error messages. Contacted Dell to troubleshoot for 2 hours, same issue. Past best buys return window now. We also got an Asus 2 in 1 that had the same issue from best buy, so maybe its just my luck.
