Bought this touchscreen over Thanksgiving. The processor is fast and like the touchscreen. Really good computer for the price.

I love that this printer prints on both sides of the paper. Easy to print and scan. Its a little complicated for me because I use satellite internet part of the time and a hotspot part of the time. My son, the tech genius had to show me how to change the printer settings based on which internet I'm using. I'm just used to a really old printer so technology has come a long way.

Good laptop for the price. Love the touchscreen. Needs longer battery life.

Replacing my mom's old desktop. She loves it. The screen size is just right for her eyes. Meeting her computing needs, like surfing the web, checking emails, doing some word or pdf files. More than enough memories for her to save plenty of videos and pictures of her grandchildren. Just one complain about the mouse pad, kind of difficult for her to navigate.

Got a great deal on this sweet machine. While it is a big laptop, which I love for when I'm typing, it is also a touch screen. It acts just like a tablet when I'm surfing the Internet, only with larger images The screen is much bigger and better for watching video than any tablet.

The screen is too tight so every time I tried to open the screen from closed position, the entire computer flips back and you need to hold down the keyboard part of the computer every time to prevent dropping the computer. Screen resolution is average but about right for the money paid. Overall a good product for home use but too heavy to carry around.

Got this on black friday. Super legit spec for the $300 although not 1080p.

This is a very fast laptop. Setup was a bit confusing. I did not know what account I was setting up (MS, Dell, or Best Buy). All wanted to be setup at the same time and asked for basically same info. This Dell screams. I was on a MS support call for downloading MS software and the remote MS tech rep remarked at how fast this laptop is. It is very nice looking. The black color is rich and looks fantastic. All in all, a great laptop at a fantastic Black Friday price.
