And that's a good thing. Seriously! I will never say I love an inanimate object so functuonal is a good thing. It has done everything I've needed or wantes to do flawlessly and quickly whether surfing the internet, creating documents and presentations. Battery life is excellent as well..

I love the raised keyboard keys and the 10-key on the side. The fact that it's a touch screen too is really cool. I got a really good deal on this for all that it offers and they packaged it very well. Good product for the price. It was delivered well before expected date. Good Stuff!!

Bought this just prior to Black Friday in case I could score on the $137 Asus that was going on sale as part of BB's Black Friday special. Glad I did. Obviously a better brand, twice the computing power and twice the storage for and extra $120. And I missed out on the Asus deal. Also got a surprise with the Dell 10% rewards program - that equals a cheap pair of headphones for free!

This laptop is fast and Windows 10 is very user friendly. Very affordable!

It's a solid laptop, nothing too fancy besides the touch screen. I like using the keyboard and the touchscreen and touchpad works great. My only complaint is how slow the hdd is, but that can be replaced with a ssd.

Can't beat the price and performance. No issues so far. Fingers crossed.

I don't think I could have gotten a better deal on laptop. Black Friday sale made my day. My hubby gifted it to me as I'm starting school so. Cannot emphasize enough on high ram and hard disk . It makes work sooooo easy and more manageable . The touch screen is also loveable

Bought this at Best buy on Black friday. It has been working great so far, although i am still learning some of the features of the Windows 10. Love the touch screen feature of this laptop. Took a star away as It does seem to take longer to boot up than my other laptop.

There has only been two concerns with this laptop. One the space bar is sticky so no space is made a lot times and two the video flashes off every once in awhile and displays an error message. Otherwise the computer is fine. Excellent screen display. Speed is adequate.

I purchased three computers before I found one that worked well with my FIOS router. Everything about it works well. It is touch screen and the mousepad is a little overly sensitive. I don't like that. I think that may be because it is touch screen but I am not sure.

Bought this for my 12 year old. Didn't want to go for a cheaper one as it will be used more for school work in the coming years. Got it for the black Friday $299 price. It has nice sturdy body, not like the Asus I bought for myself. She loves the touchscreen and the number pad is a nice addition. Not heavy like our previous laptop. Highly recommended.

This computer was purchased for a beginning student, had more features than the one that we originally planned on purchasing and at a better price. The student has been able to quickly learn how to use the basics of the computer and found other applications they can use it for.

Nice memory and storage. Has a nice feel in usage. Screen doesn't have the pop of a screen with more resolution, but is acceptable. Not the fastest processor, but worked reasonably well for non-gaming uses.
