The touchscreen is a nice feature. Great laptop for the price.

My son needed a laptop for middle school as his other laptop was breaking down. He loves the touchscreen and how easy it was to convert everything from his old laptop to his new one. It is a little heavier than most laptops, but I believe it is more durable.

After a long wait I finally got my Dell Laptop through a Black Friday Deal. As expected, it is an awesome laptop in terms of looks and performance too. Its a tad heavy but does make that up with a good build quality. Must buy if you are looking for a deal on this one !

My family was looking for an affordable laptop that could handle input from everyone. This laptop delivers everything it promises. Intel i3, very responsive touchscreen, excellent battery life, and screen big enough for my aging eyes. It's a steal, really! It's on the heavier side but it makes it feel sturdy, and for my needs, i like it.

Great feature packed laptop for the price. Has about everything you'd want in a laptop except an SSD and a 1080 or higher resolution. No SSD is offset by the 1TB hard drive. Although it says "gloss black," only the outside top is. The inside is a matte textured plastic that is both attractive and professional. Large trackpad works well.

I bought this laptop for wife's neice. Technical configuration is too good and more than worth for this price, though i personally didn't like the look n feel of the laptop bcoz i prefer the smaller screen sizes. Awesome deal for this laptop on BF.

system is fast on the boot up touch pad little sensitive when it comes to trying to click on an item and the arrow moves because of the pad carrying over to the buttons price point for what I paid seems to be reasonable with touch screen included

I've gotten to the point where I don't get excited about new computers anymore. I wanted a computer with a touch screen and numeric keypad, and this one fit the bill. I do a lot of online website updates, plus communicate with my school. I'm not a gamer, so I can't comment on games. It does everything I need. I have no complaints.

Got these on Black Friday doorbuster deal. Its a great laptop for the cost but dont expect premium build materials or cutting edge design. If you want an expensive laptop for surfing the net or working on a spreadsheet then this is one for you.

My kids have only had it a few days, but so far so good! I love best buy customer service, purchased item on line, 2 days later flash sale showed $50 less, i called and they quickly refunded the $50 for a price match! Very pleasantly surprised! Bought a lot of items for Christmas here, will continue to do so with CS like that!

Touchscreen, intel cpu, and win 10, good for students

With respect to price, configurations are justified. But they Keyboard and touch-pad are not user friendly. Those are too much pressed into the laptop to be used easily. Processor compared to RAM and HD is not very compatible. Overall good.

Christmas gift for my teenage daughter to have for homework and research purposes. Haven't had it long enough to know if it operates 100% correctly but so far so good. Good RAM and memory for the $$. Bought as a Black Friday deal for $300.

Great value for the price and speed of the computer

After a lot of research on laptops under $500. And reading thousands of reviews I bought this for my 17 Year old for school. Of course he spends most of the time playing games on it. Lol. Super responsive, easy to set up and use and plenty of memory for his needs... Think I'm going to buy one for my 14 Year old son too!!!
