Have had no problems with speed or quality of picture, which were my only concerns before purchasing it. You cannot beat this computer with all of its specs for $299 (Black Friday Deal). My last computer was roughly $1000 and though the mouse is better on the other computer I cannot tell the difference between the two!

I love my new laptop! I finally have windows 10 and works great. I really like the keyboard and that it comes with a complete numeric pad. Only bummer is the colors don't seem as bright, I still have to play around with it to fix this.

We bought this laptop for my mother who is not the greatest with electronics. My son set it up for her and on Christmas am she was able to set up the skype all by herself to watch her granddaughter in FL open up her Xmas gifts. We also bought the same laptop for our 13yr old son and he loves the touchscreen.

This was a great buy for the family. Touch screen works well and processing speed is more than adequate for school projects, Internet surfing, and all our needs. Like the layout of the keyboard and mouse pad. Would definitely recommend this.

Would definitely recommend this to anyone who needs a laptop for use doing multiple functions and iTunes. Easy to use and works fast.

Purchased this laptop for my wife and she loves it. For the price we paid for it no complaints yet. Everything works and Windows 10 is a plus. I could give it a five star review but there s room for battery life improvement.

Was very easy to set up. I am having some issues getting used to Windows 10.I was previously using Windows Vista big change. The battery doesn't last as long as I thought I don' think I would get thru a plane trip with it.

I really like the computer. It's fast, has plenty of storage, and I really love the touch screen! It's a bit outdated but when I bought it (2015 Black Friday week) it was a steal for around $300. IMHO it's worth much more

I bought this laptop to replace my daughter's older HP, and even though the processor is a little slower than a core 5 or 7, I wish I would have bought two or three at this price ($317 including tax during the black Friday special), because my son missed out, and my personal machine is older as well.

Great if you're looking for a simple laptop. It's touchscreen, which is an added bonus. The touch pad takes a little getting used to because you can't scroll using it. You have to use the touch screen. Overall, good buy.

This was easy to set up, and the prompts lead you through how to get it going. Once you have finished entering all of your information, the laptop proceeds to save your settings and boot up. It is lightweight, and the size is optimal. Im happy for the price I spent on this laptop. Thanks Bestbuy :)

I use this to surf the web and watch TV/ movies over the internet I hook this up to My 70 inch tv to stream flawlessly my one issue is I had to reload Windows 10 after 2 weeks r/t computer not getting to startup screen

This is a wonderful machine especially for the dineros. I really do love Dell. The customer service needs a lot of work. I still have not gotten my questions answered, this is after 4 weeks. I am not going to redeem my $25.00 advantage rewards. Rewards, thats funny its more like torture.%`%#(@%`#(

I purchased two of these laptops for my family during the Black Friday sale and I couldn't be happier. While the processor isn't the latest generation from Intel, the computer performs much better than expected. The touchscreen is another nice feature. Overall, I am very pleased with my purchase.

Knowing this is an entry level notebook I'm impressed by its yield and features. Touch screen is something not found in many at this price point. This is not in any way a fast computer or something you'd want to use video editing or CAD, but for a general purpose portable PC, this does the trick.

I absolutely love this computer! I've used it for about a month and adore the touch screen plus touch mouse pad. You can enlarge or shrink items on the screen (nice if you have glasses) and can still use all the shortcut key strokes. It is lightweight but sturdy and holds a charge for a while.

Love how fast this laptop is, with a nice big screen and touch screen to boot. The only thing I'm not thrilled with is the lack of specific click buttons. It's too easy to miss the appropriate spot on the mouse pad

Nice laptop at a good price on Black Friday. Capable of doing many functions and good for most projects. Has windows 10 and is user friendly. Rated one of the best lower priced laptops offered by several websites.

I would happily keep this one if it had a strong body. But this one is delicate, and I am afraid to touch it even. I recommend only to those who can handle delicately. Feature wise very good, for the price of 320.

Has all the features I needed in a basic computer with expandable memory, plenty of hard drive space and the bonus of touch screen all for $299. Thanks Best Buy. Only issue I had is with the touch pad at times slow to engage.
