We purchased this computer for our 8 and 11 year olds. They are playing Minecraft on it, and love it! They will also be using it for school work, keeping them off my Dell. Great product, great memory, fast, perfect for them!

Got this for our 12 y/o daughter for x-mas. She likes that it's fast, great high definition visuals, and that it's touchscreen. She said that sometimes she gets no signal from the wifi but that may have nothing to do with the laptop she said. Great deal bought for her to do schoolwork.

I had bought an ASUS a few years ago... Big mistake... I've used DELL computers at work for years and knew how reliable they were so I was excited when I found this one. It's very fast and I love the touch screen even though I don't always use it. I made the right decision this time.

Big screen and light weight make this laptop great for both home use and on the go. I have used it at one show so far for my Pampered Chef business and the ability to use a combination between the keyboard and touch screen made looking up items and inputting orders so easy and quick!

I BOUGHT THIS PC IN BLACK FRDIAY FOR $300 AND ITS AN EXCELLENT CHOICE FOR THE PRICE, BUT SOMETIMES THE TOUCH SCREEN STOP WORKING AND THEN WORK AGAIN, BUT IF YOU DONT USE THE TOUCH IT REALLY WORKS VERY GOOD.

Got one for BlackFriday deal. For its price, it has everything, i3 processor is ok for my school son, lots of space and good RAM along with touch. Sound is better than my hp laptop. I would recommended it if some deal is going on. Only negative is keypad seems too cheap but its ok.

I was not a dell fan before this purchase. But I do love this computer. It is slimmer than I expected and it runs great as well. I am anxious to see how it hold up over time. But I will let you guys know.

Why are people slamming Best Buy for being sold out? I walked in at 5:15 on Thursday the 26th and had no problem picking one of these up. I understand you're frustrated you didn't get one, but that doesn't make it a scam. It's a great deal and each store only gets so many... I haven't actually used the product yet. Once I get back to school I will run some engineering programs on it (ANSYS Workbench, AutoCAD) and see how the machine responds before I edit the review. Either way it handles what I throw at it, for the average user this computer seems tough to beat.

This was a stealer on black friday! A cheap price bundled with an amazing list of specifications is the best thing.

I'm used to an i5 processor so downgrading to an i3 I can tell a little bit slower performance but over all it's not too bad. The computer itself performs well, but I have an issue with the touch pad. It's quite large and my right hand sometimes drags on top of it when I'm typing if I'm not careful to keep my wrists elevated. I can't rest my wrists on the laptop or else the touch pad will feel my palm. If I do touch it accidentally it sometimes will highlight my entire paragraph and then delete it or navigate me to another place. It's slowing me down but I may get used to keeping my wrists off the laptop. I got this on black friday for $299 so it I'd paid more for the computer it would bug me more.

What a value for the price of this laptop. You have 8G of ram and 1TB of storage. You can do it with this laptop. I strongly recommend this laptop. Add a wireless mouse and play your favorite games on the go. Or stream your favorite movies with no problem. I love this laptop

I bought this for my mom for Christmas and got it on Black Friday. She absolutely loves her new computer and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! Plus it is so much more advanced and has much better specs than the one I was planning on getting her for almost double the price!

Got two during Black Friday sale. One for me and one for the hubby. Worth every penny even if we had to pay full price! Great for multi-tasking and streaming even while in a somewhat poor wifi connection. First experience with win10 and we love it! Definitely recommend.

This is a great PC, it responds to touch fast. I do admire the internet connection speed, pages open a lot faster than many of the same computer with the same speed. The design is great and it is super quiet when it is working, you can barely hear the sound of its fan.

Not for an avid gamer but great for a daily computer if looking for browsing and general tasks. Touch screen and pad work great. Pretty snappy processor if not gaming or high visual effect loads

This computer was what I was expecting, nothing fancy. There are certainly better computers out there than this but I just didn't want to spend that kind of money right now on a better computer. I'm satisfied with this computer and performance is good with Windows 10
