Great price for a solid laptop. Big display, touch screen, 8MB RAM, 1TB hard drive, and an i3 processor. Bought one for my college-bound kid and one for myself. We are both quite happy with this laptop.

I was in the market for a new laptop that was affordable. This laptop was just what I was looking for and the black Friday price was great!

Does satisfy my personal needs at home to surf social networks and watch movies. Though not enough for gaming and other editing activities.

I bought this laptop for my daughter and very pleased. She uses it for school and games. The computer loads everything fast, even Minecraft. My daughter is pleased with the performance of the computer.

I got this laptop on black friday, so far its been working really good. Its really fast and battery is good also.

Optical drive wouldn't open. Took it back to Bestbuy for repair. I was told it will take 4 to 5 weeks. Way too long to get it repaired.

I got this for my 11yo for Christmas it was a price I could not pass up & the reviews were great I must say its a much better laptop then mine & my laptop cost over $1200 very happy with the laptop

I had been looking for a new laptop for a few months and came across this great deal right before Black Friday - the first laptop that got delivered to me wouldn't recognize the hard drive when I turned it on, so I brought it back into the store and after 2 visits finally was able to get a replacement. The new one works fine, although there was about a 4" long scratch on the outside of the top part of the laptop. It's not worth it to me to go back in and get another one... all in all, I'm satisfied with what I paid for.

This computer does everything that I need: social, personal and small business. Plus it is fast, has a responsive touch screen and runs Windows 10 which is very intuitive with the touch screen.

Wasn't sure I'd like using the touchscreen features on a laptop, but I really do like it. Dell has been a good product for my office at work, so I expect it to be of same quality for home use.

I got this on Black Friday and it's a good deal for the price paid. I just wished it was an i5 or i7, but you get what you pay for.
