I bought this computer on Black Friday as a computer for college. I have been very pleased with it so far. It's quick and works very well. I enjoy the touch screen a lot. I tend to run a lot of programs at the same time, and this computer maintains its speed even with a lot of tasks. I have been most happy with the make of this laptop. I have had a few laptops these last few years that as they got thinner, also were easier to break and malfunction. This computer, in contrast, is very hardy despite being thin.

I am extremely pleased with my purchase of this Dell Laptop. It has Windows 10 and 8GB RAM and huge storage capacity. It's sleek, lightweight, great screen resolution and viewing plus a wonderful keyboard! The price was amazing for what I got! I highly recommend this laptop to anyone with a limited budget looking for a high performance machine. Great value!

Great thing about this product is touch screen that works incredibly cool. performance too is good with i3 processor. keypad resembling to keyboard made it more cool. Only thing i am not much impressed is with the glossy look of the laptop which looks like a cheap plastic. Even touch pad is not very comfortable. all and all its really a value for price

Easy to use. Bought it for my 16 year old son for Christmas. He loves it. It's fast too and plenty of storage.

Was not expecting much for the low price we paid as a gift for our nephew of 10. Love the touch screen and Win10 was already installed vs Win8. I chose to uninstall McAfee and use Win Defender for my anti virus needs. We would of bought another laptop but we fortunately got the last one as it was misplaced on top of a different pile of machines.

Good for the price I got from the Best Buy. Has some issue with the battery, keeps draining on sleep mode. Doesnt have a hibernate option so if you really want to avoid the battery drain you must shut down your machine. Doesnt give a robust look, needs extra careful handling to avoid scratch on the glossy exterior. Heats up after an hours use and sometimes smells like burning wires. The touch is good but the key board is not easy to use due to less key push and loose keyboard pannel floor. Overall its good deal for the price (299) as it is i3 with 8 GB and 1 TB memory. Would only recommend if available in the same deal ($299).

Very nice computer, everything you need, speed, perfect screen size, DVD rw, the wifi works perfectly with a very good speed. And of course the touchscreen is a plus that anybody will really appreciate. Probably the only bad thing is the mouse, it's feel....cheap and not very accurate, but every notebook I've used feels more or less the same.

The deal was too good to pass up so I sprung for this laptop. It is decently fast. My only issue is the scrolling and mouse click is a very slow response. It can get quite annoying . I was a Windows 7 user before making the switch to this Windows 10 platform. I am comfortable using Windows 10 and haven't had much issue learning it. Although I already had a virus detection and malware found on this computer which was unnerving. Fortunately this computer came with a free 6 month subscription of anti virus so that fixed that . it's a basic computer but for a touch screen, good memory, and a DVD/CD drive I couldn't go wrong.

Yes, when I bought it and yes, now that I have it. I bought it and it was exactly what I was looking for. Now that I have it I am happy the technology is the best touch screen and all. I'm able to use it as much as I use my tablet and cell phone to do work and play games. Very good for skype and great capacity for saving files.

Finally updated my old Dell laptop that I had for almost 7 years. Bought this one for a really good price and the bonus was having a touch screen. Plenty of storage for all my songs and pictures. I have not played any games on it, but the I3 intel works really well for what I was looking for. I have always found that a Intel proceser is the way to go. Great job Dell. This laptops is value for starters who does basic web browsing and activity. If you are gamer and does heavy usage, i3 processor won't solve your purpose. It's a great product for the price and does the job. Touch screen is flawless. Only complain I have is is the mouse trackpad isn't that great and there is a lag.

I bought this laptop for my son.He is absolutely in love with it.It got a big touch screen and touch pad is very sensitive.For right and left click not sound at all.Image is very crisp and a very sleek design.There is lot of space for games and videos.I would buy it again for my daughter.

My daughter needed a new laptop and I knew I wanted to get her a Dell. Great value for the money. When I saw that Best Buy was going to have this one for $299 on Black Friday, I had to get it. The 8GB of memory & the 1TB hard drive was better than the one that Dell had for sale. Nobody could beat the deal Best Buy had for this particular laptop. Always pleased with Dell quality.

Great price for the basic needs of computing. Upgraded from a 2007 Inspiron 1500 . Very satisfied with the speed and touch screen Windows 10. The original laptop shipped did not respond to touch screen. I returned it to Best Buy and it was replaced on sight without complications.

I was super excited about this laptop as the price was under $300 but worried it was going to be not a great quality laptop. I actually bought 2 1 for my daughter and one for my mom. We opened up my moms today and it is Amazing!! I wish I bought one for myself best feature is the touch screen.

I have owned a lot of dell laptops this is by far the best one. Great price point can double as a tablet and has a touch cell screen and has a ton of memory. Excellent buy.

The price is reasonable with big memory and the product is enticing. Love the new Dell Inspiron.This would have been a five star if Microsoft Office was included not just a trial for a month. But overall, it was great and this was the second laptop I've got from Dell.
