No Problems Here

Once it did freeze up when my daughter had many windows open but nothing since. Fingers crossed. Only complaint is the webroot order that was attached ot the computer that I didn't want and don't plan on activating, should have paid more attention and unchecked that box on the order page.

Overall an average computer that meets basic needs

The computer is larger than I expected it to be (I purchased on-line) as compared to newer computer inventory. It is a touch screen, which seems to be a positive feature and provides him with all the basic needs for college.
