I reset windows and had to reload all my programs. Computer keyboard stretched out too far so it is best for one finger typing. Ac power adapter cord too short. Really like touch screen.

Nice computer for the money

Has number keys on the side as well as the keyboard, has a cd and hdmi ports and a port for a usb and headphones as well. Bought 2 computers on Black Friday for each of my kids.
