    We don't use our laptop for much more than uploading pictures, checking emails and social media, and watching videos from time to time. This laptop does all of that much quicker than our older model. Set up went smoothly and Best Buys techs were available to answer the questions we had. The only draw back is it is kind of heavy.

    Ordered online for store pickup, and received notification it was ready within an hour. Overall the laptop works very well. The different programs and webpages load very quickly with the Icore 3 processor. Only minor quibble is the touch pad is very sensitive and you can inadvertently open or close programs you didn't mean to.
