Thought I would be a fan of touch screen I don't really have to have it. #long nails# anyway I purchased for someone else but I have to show them everything. The mouse pad gives me a headache...... Overall it's just what we needed though.

My main usage of laptop is surfing the internet. I needed a new laptop to replace my outdated Dell laptop. The configuration is excellent with 8 GB RAM and 1 TB hard disk, though the processor is only Core i3 which is not a big concern for me as I mentioned I mainly use it for surfing purpose. In short, I'm happy with it.

Purchased this laptop for my daughter on Black Friday. The specs on this are great for the sale price I got. Also included in the bundle was an anti-virus program which we haven't installed yet because she hasn't used the laptop yet. I'll follow up and add to the review once she actually opens this on Christmas Day.

I originally bought this as a gift for my son, but then found one he liked better. It was impossible to get customer service to cancel my order (even though it hadn't shipped yet). So my friend who needed a computer for her college son was in luck. The computer itself is great. Customer service, however, was not.

Set up was easy, and my wife loves it after using a 10 inch tablet for a couple years....but it is a bit heavier than I expected. Frankly never checked the weight...so excited that it had exactly the features I was shopping for.

I would say Dell has improved Inspiron lines. The configuration is best and the doorbuster deal was worth for this model. Just that it is bit heavy but the best thing is there is no heating issue. There is no fan noise too...

I got this in thanksgiving deal. Bought this for uncle not very serious user. Is an i3 but 8gb ram is making things faster. Touch screen is good and felt that laptop is litter sturdier than the i5-55xx series non-touch one.

This was recommended to me by a family member. As the first laptop I've owned, I was disappointed that no owners manual came with it, but didn't take me too long to start finding my way around. So far I'm delighted with it.

This is a good computer for the price and features. Only observation that I see is that Windows 10 seems to slow the speed. Outside of that its been a great investment.

Bought this used it about two hours total. Was prompted to do update. When update was finished the computer no longer preformed so had to return it for a refund. Best Buy employees were very helpful and kind in resolving.

Bought this for my son to use for his school projects and reports. He was constantly using my at home work computer for his school work and this laptop makes us both very happy. Have been using for basic web searches and writing reports and has been working great so far! Great computer for the money.

Like most people, I snagged this during the Black Friday sale for a steal and it has been working find. I've had no issues with it and it seems to be rather zippy for a low-cost laptop. Not a gaming laptop, for sure, but it serves it's purpose of web browsing and occasionally streaming a movie.

Got this for my son the day after Thanksgiving for his birthday. He does homework and plays minecraft on it to this is much more then he needed. We were happy it had the 10 keys as well. Great laptop. Only think we would say we didn't like it the glossy finish because it's harder to keep clean.
