The laptop is reliable and good for everyday use. It is currently used for emails, streaming videos, and homework. The laptop is sleek and not bulky. The only downside is that the touch screen gets dirty quickly, but that can be expected. Nothing a good cleaner or screen protector can't fix.

So far I like it a lot. It's heavier than I would like, but the price was right. I'm still trying to get used to Windows 10, not sure how I feel about it. My favorite is the number pad. I'm really glad it has one.

I got this laptop for my mom and changed out the hard drive to a Solid State. With that upgrade and the other spec's for this laptop it is a great low cost machine. And I think Windows 10 is nicely customizatable.

Bought this laptop for my son, he loves it! Price was unbeatable, quality is great, excellent performance. Couldn't be happier!

I really like this computer but it came with Windows 10 which I think should be uninstalled and a different operating system installed. Windows 10 is terrible.

I was surprised to see the outer finish after opening the laptop from package. It was very good looking and didn't look like a $300 laptop at all. Configuration was pretty good for this price. Charge was pretty decent so far. I would definitely recommend this laptop for any normal usage.

Got this for my child as a beginner computer. Not to advanced and not too outdated. Great for the price, works real well, good speed and touchscreen is nice too.

Overall A good Laptop, BUT if you need something thin, i wouldnt recommend it It is super heavy, i mean super heavy

I'm not a power user, I just wanted a new laptop to replace my 5 year old desktop. This Dell checked all the boxes that I had. Nice size hard drive with a decent processor and good RAM. It's not great display for watching media, but that's what my TV is for. Good laptop for the price

I have been using this laptop for a while and is just what I needed. It is eassy to manage and good quality, has a nice size and screen. Good speakers and its fast and its weight is less than you expect, I recommended it

I bought this for my girlfriend as a gift for the holiday, I didn't expect it to run games well but did expect her to be able to do school work on it.. Well, this machine runs counter strike well and league of legends well.. So we both are very satisfied.. Great little machine..

I have needed a new laptop for a long time and was apprehensive about buying one. I couldn't have made a better choice and love this product.

Easy setup. Computer walked you through the steps very thoroughly. Daughter loves it. Bought it for her for Christmas because of a large school assignment. Now should be easy for her to complete.

I bought this laptop for my husband for Christmas. His laptop was beginning to act up, slow down, freeze up, etc. He says it is "The Best Gift Ever!" He uses it everyday, at home and at work. It is proving itself to be an excellent product. No complaints, at this time.

Brought the laptop for my niece in HS so she can do homework on it. It works well but the battery life isn't too great. Also over heat easily and you can hear the fan noise when playing videos.

I too bought this laptop in 2015 on Black Friday. It's hard to believe it's been that long. The only issue I had with this laptop had been that the touch screen started to malfunction after a year or two of use. Resolved easily by disabling HID touch input in Device Manager. In my opinion no loss since screen is still rather useless on laptops and it's no wonder Apple never bothered adding it to their Macbooks after all these years. The battery still holds a charge, probably not as long as when it was brand new but decent time enough. I replaced the original charge adapter cable as the old one began to strip badly around the connector. The charge cables for this laptop are dirt cheap on the place that markets Prime subscription hint, hint. I since replaced out the native 1TB 5400rpm HDD with a 1TB Samsung 860 Pro SSD to get faster loading, read/writes, etc. and I replaced the 8GB DDR3 memory with a 16GB kit of Kingston Hyper-X. This laptop is not pretty quick and no longer lag with the multiple browser tabs I tend to have opened when I browse the internet. I'm running the latest Windows 10 build 20H2 right now.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and so far she really likes it, but I like it because it was at a great price and the specs were great, this was definitely a deal, glad I bought it.

This is a great laptop for the price! It's perfect for what we needed to use it for (my son's school work, playing games, watching movies etc.) He loves it, the battery life is great as well!

Set up was fast and easy. Bought it for a friend and that friend loves it. Wanted windows 7 but Win 10 worked out for my friend. Has all the ports that you would need to watch and stream moves to a HDTV.

Product is very good, however at times response of keyboard touchpad stales. Not sure if that is expected for a touch laptop. But for the price, 1 TB hard disk and 8 GB RAM is worth buying
