The laptop is great and have always liked Dell Products Cannot say as much for the shut down process in Windows 10.

Bought this for my 13 year old son for Christmas, he is very happy with it. Plenty of hard drive space, speakers are fairly loud, and the Bluetooth works great.

It is still new to me but I really like it. I am well satisfied and it replaced a similar one that had a bad battery. I am also learning windows 10. It will do things that I haven't even tried yet. The main thing is I am happy.

Great computer for bigger. Not a big fan of windows. Wish the keyboard was back lit hard to work on at night. Boots up fast and charges fast!

Excellent value for the price. This laptop does the job for general use. Speedy Internet surfing and fast business productivity use such as with MS Office.

Overall this is a good computer. My son is using for college, and it's been great. Wish the mouse/curser pad was in the center, it feels a little awkward.

Everything appears to work good on this laptop. However, you can't make a recovery USB drive. I had to call Dell technical support to have one sent to me.

I purchased this laptop for my children to do school work. They love all of the features and use it with ease. It is very sturdy and the battery life is excellent.

over all all good the only thing when I go on my mail it takes a while to update no sure why my old laptop was a soon as I sign on and that was vista 7

No problems so far with this computer. Seems to load fast and runs smoothly.

Feels like a good budget laptop. Definitely not for doing heavy duty stuff but should be good enough for stuff like browsing, emails and YouTube videos

The laptop is great if it is being used for regular purpose only. Not for greater tasks. The display is not what you would expect if you buy it online.

I bought this on line Back . I was surprised they offered it s it was originally one of the get in line and hope they have one deals. Easy to set up, lots of features. I am still getting used to windows 10 and Edge

Never thought about an inexpensive computer, normally purchase MacBooks. Saw this this little laptop, and got to say I am impressed. For the $349 I paid, cannot complain. It has all the features of an $800+ laptop.

All this laptop was intended for was surfing the Internet and taking care of bills and keeping up with social media. It definitely meets those needs

Over all good product. Only concern is charging pin is very small so life time is small, display resolution is less. Good for this price range......

Just used hardly 10 days since I purchase one month back. Good for normal daily use. If budget allows you should go for i5 with minimum 8 GB Memory.

this is a good laptop for average users, high school students, small business owners, etc. It has good speed processor and lots of hard drive space.
