Was a great buy but had tech problems setting it up, but thanks to the Geek squad guy, Justin he looked on Dells site and figured out how to fix it.

Its nice product, initial product was not able to boot itself but i exchange the same product at bestbuy. It was good and boot properly with new one

I bought this computer for my grandchildren for Christmas. Unfortunately they found it, set it up and started using it. They love it and I'm happy.

If you are looking for a decent laptop for normal activities this one is great for you. It's not a gaming laptop nor does it have an HD display to watch video, but if you need email and the Internet it is fine.

Combination of Windows 10 and Dell made this so easy to set up and use!! It finds wireless devices and downloads the drivers.. So sweet. I like the feel of the keyboard and the screen is so sharp and bright.

This computer is great for the basic user. Display is nice. Sound is nice. It is very user friendly. I, however, am extremely annoyed that this expensive device did not come equipped with Microsoft Office. I purchased this because my old Dell (that did come with office) finally died, and I needed this specifically for school. I am very disappointed that I am now required to spend the money on another software to use it for its intended purpose.

This review is based on what you get for the price. This computer was bought for someone who was not very computer literate and it has worked out great. The touch screen which I thought would not get used much is the gateway to this computer. The user is used to an iPad and feels comfortable using this computer. It's been a bit over a year since purchased and am very happy with the decision. This is a nice entry level computer for a student or older person.

I bought this one for less than $200 because it was an open-box item. It is fast and I love it. No problems so far.

I bought this laptop in best buy during thanks giving deal. I got if for better price. The Ram & Harddisk are biggest assets for this laptop.

This is a good low budget laptop by DELL. I would give it 4 stars because of Hard drive. It would be the best laptop if it comes with SSD .

I love the computer but wished it had a light up feature when turning it on so that you know it is on quicker than seeing it on the screen

I am just starting windows 10 for first time. I did buy extra one for someone else. Dell seems better than my old Toshiba. Time will tell.

A loptop with this configuration for this price $318 is a very good deal during thanks giving time.
