Got this as a gift for my sister and her family and they are in love with this laptop. Ages 10-36 in the family and all three love it.

Boots up fast and runs fast. I am very happy with this laptop. I would have given it 5 stars if the resolution was better.

This laptop is very user friendly. My elementary age children and my 73 yr. old father both are able use with now problem!

I bought this as a Christmas gift for my wife. She loves the large screen and the numeric keypad. It's a little heavy for travel, but as a dedicated home laptop this is a great buy.

Was able to setup right out of the box. Everything is excellent. The ram being 8gb speeds up lots of processes. Easy to use and a wide 15.6 inch screen , good for watching movies !!

Overall good product, but the hard drive crashed and had To be replaced aftern 1 month. Dell told me to send I back for free repair. Best Buy offered me the chose of return or repair. I returned and will get different brand...but definitely at Best Buy. Their customer service is fantastic and I don't want to buy electronics from a mail order form unless they also have local brick and mortar stores.

This is a good computer for surfing the web and sending emails. Although it doesn't come with any word processing software, that can be easily added on. Still learning Windows 10.

I got really good deal on Black Friday and like this flash drive's looks. Inbuilt secure software to protect your privacy is awesome

Purchased for my wife, set up was easy and no issues to date with the computer.

Easy to set up. Apps run similar to my iPad so it is very familiar to me. Very clear screen. Did not realize that it did not come with Word but I was able to install that easily.

This was great for my mom! She loves it! Only downside is no back-lit keyboard. Otherwise awesome bargin for the price!

So far it is working fine. Able to perform multiple applications, It is NOT struck or slow. I'm Happy that I bought it.

New Dell is much better qualifty than old Asus, which lasted only like 2 year. Not sure I will use touch display much.

This is an excellent product. I bought 3 of them on black Friday but one was defective (a problem with the screen and the Wi-Fi). Contacted back Best Buy and get a replacement.

Overall good laptop. It has a lot of features for the cost. I feel I got a good computer that should last many years.

Great basic touchscreen laptop for the price. Perfect for basic computing, Web surfing, and email. Probably not for the serious gamer, but for every day surfing/use - perfect.

The laptop was well made it was user friendly, I give it four star because it did not have back lite on the keyboard.

Over all a good laptop, im an Chromebook fan, so switching over to a windows platform took a little getting used too!

I like the speed and handling this laptop gives me. Although not yet where I want to be in w10, this was a good idea.

This laptop has a large screen and a good display. It is a bit heavy but average for its size. Windows is installed.
