I enjoyed the system hardware but found the system failures foreboding. Had two Dell's with great results, but this system had a video fail, black screen reset, and deleted a major project from an outside server. I returned it. Probably a random problem but left me uncomfortable with trying this model again.

Unfortunately I can't accurately review the item due to the fact that it was dead on arrival. Pretty sure it was the flex cable that connects the hard drive. However what was really disappointing was how horrible I was treated at Best Buy when I attempted to return the laptop. I was given no choice other than to have my money returned. I asked for a similar item but was denied. Oh well.

My daughter had a bad experience with a different laptop and we had to return it. She absolutely loves this one! It was a great black Friday deal and we couldn’t be happier!

Looking for a replacement for our current laptop and have had dell in the past. Simple and exactly what we wanted.

I bought them for my three kids, 11, 9, 7. They were easy to set up and all three have no difficulty in using them

some time system is not speed enough and buffers a lot but i got a good price.

One of the good but I did this thanksgiving. Also I got a good deal with a good product. Not happy with the mcafee. I had virus in and had to rest with a Norton antivirus.

Being a Dell's fan for a long time, this one functions as it's brand stands. Windows 10 is pre-installed, few updates from Microsoft and ready to roll. Highly recommended.

Computer has lots of features at a great price. Only problem I had was it was not delivered on the date promised.

Missionary's old laptop was on its last legs. Was very appreciative to get such a great laptop. Thanks, BEST BUY for always being there when I need a new one for someone.

Touch Screen feature is fine, but everything else is average at best. Slow!!!

Purchased as an inexpensive replacement for an older laptop, pleasantly surprised at the qulaity for the money.

This is my second Dell laptop from Best Buy, first one lasted 7 years and it is okay just passed it to a family member. Hoping I get at least that much from this laptop.

Bought this as a shared computer for my kids to do school work. Works as advertised with out complaints so far.

Perfect laptop for normal home use. i3 , with enough 8 GB memory. Best configuration for entry level laptop. This one serve's my purpose of browsing & storing pictures.

I bought this Dell laptop for our 8 year old son for school research and games. He wa so happy when he opened it on Christmas Day. And has been thrilled with it so far.

This is my first touch screen laptop but the quality of plastic is very much ok. But for the price it is fine.

Very good configuration for the price. A bit low on the processor end but i3 should be solid for casual usage.
