Great laptop. I wanted a Windows 10 with a cd drive- the touch screen was a nice added touch. Amazing price. Really like it so far. I had been looking at laptops for probably 3 yrs until I found one that met all my requirements.

The touch screen is a very helpful tool for me. I have a sigt disability and with this option it makes it so much easier to navigate around. The picture and sound quality are great. The speed of the laptop is also very quick.

Bought this as a holiday gift and pleased with speed and user friendliness. Very simple to learn and the touch screen is excellent! A good buy at this price!

Configuration wise very good and also has tocuhscreen so no doubt best deal I got but little heavy and Mouse pad is not that good but overall a good product

this is a really nice laptop but the graphic processor keeps crashing or something like that and it lags a bit but the computer fixes it, itself which is great cuz i do work on my laptop and i don't have to deal with it ...it's kinda slow but kinda fast but overall it's a really good laptop, i really wanted like a simple but good laptop thats not that expensive and i think this meets my expectations also it has a cd player which is awesome because i can't find a laptop with one because apparently nobody has cds anymore which is dumb cuz cd players are a great thing

I bought this laptop on Black Friday for $199. I wish I would have bought two of them. It was a fantastic deal. The laptop is fast and performs very well. The 1TB storage is great as we take lots of photos. Microsoft Office wasn't pre-loaded so I had to purchase that separately, but not a big deal. The screen resolution is very good, however I cannot play movies from Amazon or Vudu in HD as the screen is not HDCP compliant, so I have to play in SD which still looks great on this computer. Only minor complaint is the touchpad can be a little wonky at times.

Really great laptop works really well and touch is impressive and Thanks BestBuy for selling the item for such a good price .And configuration is really good and well enough and impressive ram and harddisk space.

I bought this dell for home use and I didn't notice it was touch screen so it's much easier to surf the internet. 1 tb of hard drive and 8 gb of memory more space for my movies and pictures... Price is awesome!
