The Dell software installed slows the computer

Great for the price

The other had missing OS files and struggled every other reboot. Best Buy will not help you with this unless you buy the Geek Squad support. Luckily I had a Windows 10 DVD and was able to run a repair myself, but felt a little put out that out of the box issues were ignored unless you pay more. Since then, both Laptops have worked reliably.
