Nice for the price

Defective out of the box

It looked like a good deal considering the options it had including a touch screen. Unfortunately, it had a bad hard drive right out of the box, which led me to returning it. Since it was a "Closeout" deal, it was no longer available, so I had to go with a different laptop.

Good hardware but still a Dell

The transition to the new windows was a bit difficult. There was a lot of bloatware apps installed which required uninstalling and a couple of technical issues with programs but overall a good computer for light use.
