8GB RAM and 1TB HDD makes for a very great gift for laptop starters and the touchscreen adds cherry on the top.

The laptop was great and everything I wanted. But returned it due to WiFi issues. It would constantly disconnect when you turned off the bluetooth.

i bought this laptop for the price but it was too slow once you use it.

This was a gift for my grandson. 12yr old. Not much experience with computers and needing at least a "chrome book" for school. Thought this would be ideal. Unfortunately, he felt it was too slow. Our other grandsons chrome book, was much faster during startup and also in surfing web. Friends MacBook, was also much quicker. Not sure if it is windows 10, virus programs, or what...but this unit was borderline in my opinion. SO we returned it.

I bought this computer because it was a Dell with good features plus it was on sale. I am very sad to report that after only a few weeks it is not what I hoped it would be. I think the computer that I was trying to replace with this one runs better. Constantly getting error messages that the drivers unexpectedly crashed and then the screen go black for a few seconds. Each time it happens I pray that it will come back on. Not impressed.

I purchased this on-line Black Friday and it was an excellent value. I can't say enough about this little jewel. Very responsive and lightning fast.

Was ok, but could not support some programs. Did not like fact that some software costs so much,, and computer came with no software.

The laptop has decent battery life and features but Windows 10 is causing some grief to get some of my programs and scanners working.

There are many features for a laptop in this price range including fast processor, extra RAM, touch screen, & camera to name a few.

It is so heavy to carry and rest all features are great but it is little heavy weighted gadget that is the only defect I found

Don't like number keypad - throws keyboard off-center when using as an actual LAPtop. Windows 10 taking some getting used to.

Wish it would of come with extras! Like a wireless mouse. Needs better user friendly directions, Better software

This was a nice computer, however, it was hampered by graphics driver problem which could not be resolved by either intel or Dell. Loved everything else about it. This was an open-box Geek-Squad certified computer. Not sure if that played a role.

The computer is not the fastest but for the price , it's well worth it

It's light and portable enough for me. It's pretty basic, display is standard. For the price it's just right

Everyone told me not to buy a Dell, so I went shopping with the intention of purchasing another brand. My computer crashed and I needed a quick purchase as my job is mostly done on a computer. The salesman showed me this pre-owned laptop for a great price and assured me of a 30 day return policy if I was unhappy with it. I love it. Easy to use. Serves all my needs.

Its working as expected. RAM and HD makes it worth the price. Processing power is good as well. NO issues as of yet

I got this on last thanksgiving day with better offer price. So far it's doing good and I recommend this product.
