Really good and fast. It's not as flashy as others but it makes up for it in what you get for its price.

This laptop was easy to use. It met all the requirements I needed to watch videos. It has been simple for me to upload videos I've taken of my friends' bands and put them on their websites. The screen has good clarity of picture. I have not been disappointed on the features of this laptop.

I love this laptop. It has all the things I wanted (DVD Player, Camera, Lots of Memory, Large HDD, Touch Screen). The price was not bad and it was on sale.

Decent computer with touch capability and good price. Shipment is fast. Just needs to cleanup pre installed unwanted software to get it performance better.

Very good laptop. Core i3 processor, large hard drive and plenty of RAM. Touch screen is a nice extra although I don't really use it much. One complaint is that I don't care for the newer style of touch pad. I find myself plugging in a mouse more often with this laptop than my old one. Other than that minor caveat, I really like this laptop especially since I got it for an outstanding price as part of Best Buy's Black Friday sale

I bought this laptop when it debuted. The loadup and response speed is awesome with its quadcore processor. It is so easy to go from laptop to tablet. The screen pops off and on without any problems and it's reversible. I'd like to see the ram and internal storage increased as well as a second USB 3.0 and a microUSB 3.0 port on the screen. It comes with Windows 10 32 bit. I could not install a 64 bit OS, but did put 10 Pro on it. The driver packages are nicely packed in autoinstalling executables you can download from the Acer support page. I found 2 flaws. The battery doesn't charge well while it is in use. The battery actually loses power even plugged in during moderate use. What is a big thumbs down is the wireless adapter. Out of nowhere, the wireless adapter disappeared, but I still saw the driver installed so I reinstalled the driver software and it worked fine again. This happened once again and I tried the same procedure, but no luck. I uninstalled the driver and that wouldn't even come back after a reinstall. Since the harddrive is only 32GB, there was no System Restore points being saved to revert to. I'll have to reinstall the OS and hope for the best. I'll update with my results.

bought it as a gift and it exceeded my expectations. very fast, 8gb of ram and 1tb of storage for a really good deal. Dell always makes great products.

Works great love the option of touchscreen. Love the bluetooth option. Easy for daughter to use.

Before getting this product I have gone through many website to get this configuration but no one can beat BB price.And I bought this during black Friday. It has been nearly one month and I have not faced any sort of issue with my laptop every thing is working perfect.For the price we paid we are getting more than what is expected. The only draw back is processor .we can have i5 instead of i3 Laptop is working awesome.

This was a Christmas gift for my 11 yr old son. It is the perfect 1st laptop for him. It is fast and easy to navigate. Great price for this laptop.

Nice looking laptop with touch screen. This model comes with I3, I5, and I7 cpus, but the I5 hits at a nice price point with Dell reputation.

This is the first Dell product that I have purchased. I'm very happy with it. When I'm traveling I pay my household bills, keep up with family on Facebook and even play a few games. I like the touch screen and if it is inconvenient to use my mouse, I don't have to. I did notice that the key board is very sensitive and you need to be light handed. I lost a few pages when I first used it, but now I'm a pro.

Bought this on black Friday at a great price. Working good so far. Love the touch screen
