Bought it for my daughter to use for school and such, set up was easy, loves the touchscreen, great sound and picture.

I love the ease of use. It was easy to set up. The only thing I don't like is S mode. I need my laptop for a lot of Zoom meetings. You can download it in the edge browser, but, you can't get gallery view from that version. Also, I got Webroot free with my laptop. You can't download it if you have S mode. It is not a Microsoft app, and you can only download Microsoft apps in S mode. Other than that, it is fantastic. I left S mode and am very happy with my laptop now.

What a bargain...touch screen, dual storage options...fast CPU, what's not to like about this laptop!!!

Due to the Covid pandemic, I'm taking on a new career and needed mobility with information while working. So i looked around and found this one. The main reason I purchased is the 1TB, because of the sheer number of files I have to have on hand at all times. Nobody wants to have to print out and keep that many papers on hand while working to go through. So I did curbside pickup and I waited less than 5 minutes to get this delivered to my car. (Great job guys, it was hot and you were on time!) I get it home and unbox. Took about an hour to get everything set up to my liking including linking my phone and other computer files transferred over. So now it will be a seamless experience for my clients. Any text or email they send me is available on my laptop for reference, as well as all paperwork I will need to fill out and submit for them. The only downside I've found is that it picks up fingerprints like a clean window with toddlers and paint. My hands were clean and when I was done updating this to my specs, it looked like i ate chicken and decided to paint the keyboard and outside cover with oil. Not cool. So make sure you wipe it down frequently. So far, the battery life is good and holds up to my work day. The only thing better I could ask for is if it had its own wifi I could purchase to use while in the field. Great little laptop. Large enough screen so as to not strain my eyes, but not heavy and bulky. Programs are nice and it would have been nice to have Word and Excel included but hey, its a cheap enough program to purchase outright. It was a bit on the high side as far as price, as there were others that were almost $150 less with same specs but alas, they were not in stock and it was needed quickly.

I got my new Inspiron 15.6, 8GB memory with a 1 Tb hardrive. Works fast. I am going to have a good semester.

Speed of computer is fine but when I call for tech support about my wireless internet connection dropping a lot, I get INDIA. Bring tech support back to USA Dell! I want to be able to easily understand the people I am talking to. Although I told tech support #1 that I have a hearing problem and needed a Native English speaker, all they did was push me to another Hindi speaking tech and would not offer me a native English speaker. Shame on you, Dell.Shame.

For the price, it would be hard to find something better. Fast, easy to use and of course, affordable

I have used several laptops over the years. I like this one better than all others, 8GB Memory,128GB SSD, and 1TB HDD provide plenty of storage and speed for the average user. if you want a small notebook, this is not it. But if you want a great laptop with a large screen with a touch, this is a good choice. Four USB ports, one HDMI, and an SD card slot. The only thing missing is a lighted keyboard. But to add this the price would be much higher.

I haven’t yet use this as much as my old one, but so far I am very impressed. It was easy to set up and I love the touch screen and the user friendliness. I was a little apprehensive about Windows 10, But it has been a breeze so far for an amateur like me. I’m very happy with this purchase so far.
