Great upgrade computer for anyone looking for a computer to upgrade to has a good touch screen!

I purchased this for a student stuck at home and having to do all his classes online. He gave me a budget which I expected to have to supplement. Then I found this laptop and it was more than what he needed and fit right into his budget. He loves it and especially loves the touchscreen which he did not expect to get with the little he had to spend.

It is the good product, fast and the very much performance. I recommend this product to everyone

Yes it comes with S Mode running. It's not the end of the world. And yes, it does have two hard drives and yes you do have access to them before and after defeating S Mode. The web cam is nice. My wife uses this to run her vinyl cutting software and video meetings and surfing the web. Her software was not on Microsoft's web store so I had to defeat S Mode. Once you do that you can't go back, and who would want to anyway.

Bought this for my son. He likes it very much esp. the touchscreen and storage features.

My first touch screen, and I love it. The only thing it lacks is Windows 8, but that is just me. Having duel storage SSD + 1TB HD means no lugging memory devices and that also means I can use the USB ports for other equipment. I use my Laptop for my photography on the go so I uploaded PhotoShop and other photo editors. This frees up time when I am at home no need to download my lap to my desk top for editing.

The Dell Inspiron 15.6" Touch Screen Laptop is an excellent Laptop at a good price. It functions as a touch screen as well as a keyboard. It has Windows 10 already installed. The graphic display is High Definition. I needed a Laptop since I now work from home, and I am impressed with this computer's features. It has a built in camera, which is good for video conferences and meetings. Lastly, it was easy to set up.

The computer is easy to use. This is my first touch screen computer. It is light weight.

I am very happy with this computer. The first few days were difficult to navigate due to the Windows 10s operating system. The Geek Squad helped me to change the OS from Windows 10s to just Windows 10. Works well, it has very fast response when changing pages, tabs or programs. Great little machine for the price. I love the Touchscreen.

*Poor delivery packaging:* Laptop was shipped in the original Dell box and not packaged with any insulation. Expected the fragile box to be put inside another box with some sort of insulation. Luckily, package was not damaged or punctured. *Defective LCD screen:* There was also one dead pixel on the screen. It is more noticeable on a white background. It is hard to miss because it is on center of screen which makes it more annoying. *Defective Bezel Frame:* The bezel frame had no adhesive on it and was not glued to screen. There waa a gap between the black, plastic frame bezel and LCD screen. The left side of top bezel, top and bottom of left bezel, and whole right side of bezel had gaps and was not flush to the screen. There was already light dust collected inside of the openings. I am not sure if there will be more deterioration with more time. Best buy emailed me a prepaid shipping label for returning defective laptop. Still waiting on a email notfication for shipment of a replacement laptop. Even though the laptop is an economical laptop, did not expect Dell to sell products that did not pass Quality Assurance. Really disappointed by the loose and flimsy bezel frame aroynd LCD screen.

Overall it’s a good laptop. Love the touchscreen the battery doesn’t stay charged very long.
