Pleased with purchase . Would definitely buy again. Replaced a 10 and a half year old Acer laptop ( which still works). Very much like the touchscreen and speed of new computer. Especially pleased with the ease of upgrading. Purchased 8g of ram on sale at Best Buy (under $30). Installation was extremely easy . Battery, drives, memory readily accessible .

I purchased this laptop after the 2-yr old CyberPowerPC Viper II Gamers Desktop that I also bought on BestBuy died on me recently. Getting hold of this laptop (after checking other models for many a day), I took a chance for this one and boy--- was I glad I did! Installation was a breeze and start-ups were much quicker than past computers I have used. I would definitely recommend this to new students and home users because of its reliability as well as brand. With $50 less than what I paid for early this month, this is truly a steal! I bought a carry bag on amzn which protects my investment. I opted out of the free security software because i already own Webroot 2020.

Almost two years after purchasing and still going strong. I love the touch screen option and love that I can use my mouse on the empty space underneath the number keys. I wish it had a lit keyboard, then it would be absolutely perfect. Still very happy with my purchase.

It’s nice to have both a 128 gig solid state hard drive for quick performance of windows and programs coupled with a 1 terabyte standard hard drive for large data storage. It provides an economical package for a touch screen laptop. Battery life also good So far much better durability than the 3 year old Dell it replaces which often froze.

great laptop , my first touch-screen laptop at a good price

Perfect for online classes. Lightweight, sturdy, and fast.

I like this lap top with touch screen. its a good size and i wanted the number option on the keypad. screen is good size and it boots up quickly. There are a few things i miss that my older much more expensive laptop had (lighted keypad, DVD player built in) but for the price this is a decent one for normal daily use.

Once it was set up, it is easy to use. Fast, good memory.

I got the Dell Inspiron with 15.6" touch screen, intel core I3. There are faster models than the I3 but if you're not in need of high graphics performance such as video games its quite good and the USB 3.0 is a lot faster than the standard 2.0 and comes with 2 of the USB 3.0s. The refurbished ones can save you half the cost.

This laptop is good in general and loads up fast due to its 128gb ssd main drive and runs fast. However the problem is, if you have large and multiple software that relies on accessing files constantly, it will get stored on the 128gb ssd which will gets filled up fast. The other 1tb is standard HHD which is additional storage, but it does not run similar to the main ssd speeds. Its nice to have additional storage but it doesn't serve much purpose as files and access with windows doesn't goes hand in hand. In conclusion, if 128gb of main drive space is all you need with loads of pictures for storage, then yes. If not you may want to find a higher main drive for your daily usage. Unless you know if a way windows can run just windows in that 128gb ssd and at the same time using the 1tb HHD as its file saving source. Yes. Kinda like 128gb ssd as an optane module, but no, this is not that kind of setup.
