Love this computer. Dell has improved producing quality laptops. The SSD drive is great; boots computer quicker. Touch screen reacts appropriately. The processor is fast enough for every day non-gamer users. Though will probably handle it. (I am not a gamer, so don't need a major processor).

Great computer for the price. Needed something that I can basically browse the internet with and pay bills. Very effective. I love the fact that is touchscreen and has a 1 TB harddrive for storage. I eventually will like to download music and save it on my itunes. I love the black finish.

Only 4 stars because of my personal reasons. I do not care for this laptop lol. I am Not a Microsoft person BUT it is a great laptop for someone who is. Does not do the features I'm so used to and need. Do love the touch screen, when I remember to use it, and the screen is a great size for my needs.

I love my Dell Inspiron, got it for a really good deal, it’s easy to use and has a nice large screen! It’s way better than the Lenovo Ideapad I purchased through another provider, and had to return. Decent quality camera as well. The only thing I’d like is for it to hold the charge longer.

Very quick delivery and easy ordering, great computer , bought as a gift for work at home for my better half and she loves it. Very easy to operate and navigate multiple sites at once . Thank you Best Buy for a easy transaction and super fast delivery . Will be shopping for more items soon .

Y'all, getting the laptop was a whole trip. That's a story for another time though. AnTways, It's a great laptop. It does laptop things. I use it to play the sims mostly. I love the extra space for downloading mods. It's also good for normal everyday stuff like work and online browsing.

As a senior citizen I was looking for a computer that was not expensive since I am only using it to stream, email and Zoom. However, there are some limitations, Windows 10 S, you cannot download the Zoom app in the S mode. You also cannot download the free Trend Virus software in the S mode.

I bought this computer for my dad since he doesn't do any heavy computer work. He is in love with the computer. He calls me every week to tell me how much he's enjoying the computer. He's pretty rough and electronics and so far he hasn't broken it. Here's to hoping it lives a longer life.

Nice laptop with touchscreen. Includes numeric keypad on the keyboard, which means the keyboard is off center. Something to consider when purchasing. Shipping was fast. One other thing to consider, it comes installed with Windows 10s. Overall a really nice laptop for a nice price!

Everything is working great, simple, and with no problems. Touchscreen is great, computer is thin. It is lacking a bit on a look. Nothing is special about the look of it. Function is great though, maybe I am going to change the rating to 5 star, because the function is what matters.

This laptop is the best. My wife really love it. She can do all she needs with it. The price was great with the incentive that came with it. I told my wife whatever she needs when it comes to computers and the accessories let’s get from Best Buy.

The laptop is very fast and secure thanks to the operating system . It also exceeds my expectations of what I am use to when it comes to a Dell product. Even though it didn't have an optical drive, I had already purchased an external plug and play optical drive from Dell.

Brought this laptop for my wife after looking a several others because it was an updated version of one I have. Easy to install, speed, and color is pretty good. Out of the box it was up and running in less than an hour. She really loves it, her last few were HP. I would buy again.

This laptop serves my needs perfectly and was very affordable. My current laptop broke and I needed replacement quickly. I was floored at the price of new laptops but found this one a great price. May not have all the bells and whistles but it works great and serves its purpose.

We got this for my sister, she had a Lenovo a couple years old that her son messed up. She mainly needs it for school and when she started using it she was so happy. It's fast starting up and operates quickly when opening and switching programs. Perfect for general prose use

I had a dell for 8 years and it decided to not keep a charge and would take forever to boost up. Since I liked the longevity of the dell and it was also much cheaper than a Mac, I decided to buy this one. I really love it. It’s very easy to use and I love the touch features.

I have always been a Dell fan, so I went with the 15.6 Inspiron. Colors are fantastic, powers up very fast, the problem i see is the battery life is very bad. Just surfing and checking Emails will drain it down in less than 4 hours, I dread to see if I try to watch a movie.

The wife had asked for a laptop to use around the house for normal day to day stuff but mainly to use for arts and crafts hobby; she has really enjoyed it and has worked great for all her computer needs. I have been a fan of Dell and this didn't disappoint.

I am so loving my new computer I got it for a great price looks awesome and runs great and it’s touchscreen you never wanna go back to using a regular computer again if it doesn’t have touchscreen a gigs of memory 1 TB hard drive and a 128 gig SSD is good.

I bought an open box unit. My first impression is very good. it is easy to set up and get everything running quickly. So far the performance is solid. Only one minor issue is the analog headset plug-in port is not working, seems it is a hardware issue after my initial debug.
