Purchased this laptop for my mom, who are not too good with technology, it is fast and works well for what see needs it for. This is an upgrade from a ten year old all in one they had before. She uses it for general internet surfing with the occasional video chat.

I love this laptop. It's easy to use. I'm an fan now. I prefer to use this over other laptops. Their are features that I have not learned to use yet. This is a good computer to buy and I highly recommend this for anyone looking to purchase a computer.

This laptop is fast enough and can handle the multitasking I need for my online meetings as I work from home. It has great battery life and is light weight. I needed a laptop with multiple USB ports and a HDMI output. It starts fast and has been a very reliable.

Excellent laptop for my 12 year old, who has been using it for homeschooling during quarantine, as well as entertainment. Love the screen size and quick processing. If I had one complaint, it would be that the battery dies too quickly. Great purchase overall.

From the touchscreen to the CPU speed. This laptop is a great product. Everything loads quickly, even a big program like the Adobe illustrator loads quickly and works flawlessly. totally recommended for the heavy user. Battery holds a good charge as well.

I have been using my new Dell Inspiron for over a week now and it is so much better than the Toshiba Satellite it replaced. Speed seems good and I haven't had any issues other than trying to get used to the more compact keyboard on the Dell versus my old Toshiba.

No issues so far. Only complaint is battery life does not seem to be great. However, I have not yet gone into "settings" to see if I can make some adjustments.

I bought this to replace an older one ! Not fond of windows 10 , but I will have to adapt! And no dvd drive ! Luckily I had a usb dvd recorder. I added another’s 8gigs ram for a total 16 gigs men !So I will get by ! I have always had good luck with dell !

This system is perfect for home use. I use it mainly for composing documents, netflix and e mail. The storage is sufficient for my documents. (I use my phone for photos) I have not downloaded a bunch of apps and I'm not a gamer, so it is lightning fast for streaming netflix, etc. It does not come with a disk drive, but I have an external disc drive to use if needed. Discs are so rare these days anyway. I'm very pleased with it's overall performance.

This has a very fast boot time and operates very fast. The 1TB hard drive is more than enough space especially with the 128GB solid state drive to help load your software to. I would definitely recommend this computer for web surfing and word processing.

I have had several laptops and so far this has been the best one I have owned. I did not have any trouble setting anything up; however, I did have to figure out how to access the extra storage as instructions for doing this was not included during set up.

Purchased for grand-daughter for school and of course social media. Good features for the price. quick boot with the SSD drive and set photos and documents to go to the HDD. Screen resolution is good and touch screen is a plus. decent quality sound as well

Bought this laptop for my daughter to use for school work during the pandemic but it will not stay connected to our WiFi upstairs in her bedroom and it will not connect to our WiFi printer. We have the saw dell laptop but a few models older and it connect perfectly. Disappointed and really wanted it to work because the touchscreen is great, but will sadly be returning.

I love love my computer! It is touchscreen and has never given me any problems. The color and lighting are good. My only complaint would be that the screen times out quickly but there may be a setting that can change that feature.

This has to be one of the fastest booting computers I've ever had. The solid state drive has the operating system on it and the 1TB standard hard drive has the programs and other stuff. Plus, it's a touch screen! For the price, you can't beat it!

After many issues trying to get this laptop, finally found it as an open box item. Just as advertised and came with the original items. Has worked well so far and should be good for my kids to use for their school work for the years to come.

Absolutely Perfect for my Daughter's College Classes and my granddaughter was able to use it too when they did virtual schooling. Dependable and can't beat the price for a simple laptop all we added was Microsoft office for college

Other reviewers said battery lasted 5hours. Mine lasted only 1 hour while I was doing research. That means I was reading. Haven’t tried streaming while on battery power. Can’t imagine how short a time that will be. Works as expected in other areas.

Absolutely love it, very happy with it. Will need a little help later on with the Geek squad to help me finish setting it up!! Otherwise very happy with it. The ease, the size, the color on the screen, the touch screen, the keyboard all very good.

So far this is a fast and reliable laptop. Only issue I had was with my headphones but I went to device manager and deactivated the audio and then reactivated it. Also with the windows S mode I disabled that which helped things be more easier for me
