Bought this laptop for my wife to replace an old Dell Inspiron laptop that lasted forever but was becoming slow and hardware was just obsolete. This laptop has not disappointed. Asthetics are great in that it is sleek, modern looking, and lightweight especially for a 15 in. Performance is super fast from boot up, to file work, to online usage. Has a 128 GB SDD drive for OS and quick access for the fast boot up normal use files and a 1 TB HDD for much more storage of longer term files that is still fast in of itself. Of course there is the preloaded software that we don't use and just needed to remove and had to get it out of this new mode that only allows downloads from the Microsoft store but they make that pretty easy to do once you try to download software that is not Microsoft authorized. Overall great computer at a pretty good sale.

I purchased this laptop because I needed a computer in a pinch and this did not disappoint. For the price, you cannot beat the features and the security software that comes with it. I was previously using a Mac and will not go back after this.

Needed a new laptop to replace an old Dell that had fallen into disrepair. This laptop has everything you need for Internet Surfing and routine office computing. A wide touchscreen, sleek design, and quick startup all make for a solid device.

Not a bad buy at all. Needed it for school and it works fairly well. Doesn't lag and loads pretty fast. Touch screen works great too. I have not downloaded much on it yet but it seems to be handling the few programs that I've added so far.

This laptop has been great for my needs. Love the storage capacity it offers and the touch screen. My only issue is the "flashing" that happens on the screen. I'm sure there is a simple fix to it but I haven't looked it up yet to correct it.

Fits my needs, I wanted it for internet browsing,email, photo and document storage. The touch screen is good. It's fast enough on the internet. I did not leave the OS at 10s. I changed it to the Windows 10 Home. Great machine for the price.

I love this laptop. The screen is clear and bright. They keys aren't loud. The touch screen is such a nice feature considering that's what I'm used to on my phone. The battery holds up pretty well. I would definitely recommend this laptop.

I got this for my mom for her birthday, primarily for itunes and streaming services (netflix, hulu, etc) She loves it! It's very easy for her to navigate and watch, streams come through just fine and the storage space is phenominal.

Ive been using it for several months not. Ive been very happy. The combination of a SSD for the OS & applications and the HDD for storage is really a great idea. No complaints or issues on anything. And great value as well.

I bought this for my son and immediately wished it was mine. Screen is great size, low weight, and plenty of storage. The interface is simple to use similar to a tablet or phone. It’s nice to have the touchscreen, works well for drawing.

Dell continues to turn out good products. I am enjoying this laptop very much. It suits my needs and came at a good price. The one thing I still need to get used to is the pausing for occasional buffering which does not last very long.

Im pretty old school so getting a laptop with a 'touchscreen' screen was a nice surprise. The battery life is great for what I need it for. The touch screen works great for my kids' online work. Overall, I'm happy with this purchase.

My husband doesn’t have major demands on a computer. This Dell will be perfect for him. I am excited as it has a touch screen. He will enjoy that. Just enough computer for web browsing, working with pictures and playing simple games.

I love that it is a bit smaller than my last laptop. It's light, which makes it super easy to be mobile. And set up was a cinch. I have only had it for a little over a month...and so far I have nothing negative to say about it.

I had to purchase a new computer during the covid virus, so I couldnt buy in store, I had to buy on line unseen I had the geeksquad protection to help me with this new computer, they had to help me with the transfering everything from my old computer to the new one, but this was not a great experience it took over 7 hours of waiting on line and the person actually hung up on me and I had to wait another 2 1/2 more hours to get a person who actually helped me with this ( which only then took 20 min to do, so) because he was competent, I was not happy wasting my whole day doing this , but I do like the computer works good once everything got taken care of.

Laptop operated quickly directly out of the box. Beware that this comes in 10 S mode, which restricts what you can install on the machine unless you unlock the S mode. Leaving in S mode keeps the machine quick and more secure.

I purchased two for my grandkids. It’s easy to operate, and have great capabilities for elementary students. They are able to perform all tasks quickly with out any delays. Love that touchscreen. Good investment for there future.

I can hardly believe that this laptop isn’t much more expensive than it is. I have no complaints. I feel spoiled to have such a nice computer that I didn’t pay a lot of money for. I almost bought a used laptop for the same price!

Bought for a shut-in. Super value. Lots of storage. Easy to use. Switched it to regular Windows 10. Doing a great job for this person. (Replaced their 10-11 year old Dell) Wish I had seen this before MY last laptop purchase!

This is a great computer for college students at a great price. You need to remove Windows S Mode If you plan on downloading non-Microsoft apps such as Zoom. If you remove Windows S Mode you will need virus protection.
