The dual drive setup is a little weird, but the computer seems to process multiple tasks with ease. I'm running a dual screen setup for work and doing light graphics work. For the price, you're not going to find a better laptop.

We purchased this laptop for my Granddaughters to use to do their homework, participate in online class and communicate with their friends as this Michigan prison sentence drags on and on and on.... They absolutely love it.

Not the fastest but perfect for my needs. Startup was fine except that it defaults to S mode. When I realized that it would not allow me to download Chrome or use my Google account I got rid of S mode. It's been good since.

I really enjoy this computer. It's larger then I expected but I actually like it a lot. I love the touch screen availability and the helpful tools that come along with this. I use it every day a lot and have no complaints!

Fast and tons of storage. But if you buy it open box like we did, beware that you’ll have to basically set up everything yourself as the Geek Squad is useless. So either buy new or really know your way around a computer.

Great for home use, with large clear display and full size keyboard including number pad. A bit heavy but reasonable given size so it is fine if you don't have to carry it around every day. Touch screen works well.

We have had this Dell Inspiron fort a short while, but already appreciate it's features. The One Terrabyte hard drive is more than enough for our use and having the additional SSD capacity is just icing on the cake.

Was really easy to start running the laptop. The only thing is that all files we download at the disk C that have limited memory instead of the disk D that has the 1TB. But with some configuration is easy to change that.

I've only had it for a week. So all I can give is how it's working so far. Which is amazing.. I can work and make music. The touchscreen is super dope. Just wish the hinge rotated so it could convert into a tablet.

I like personal computers and I like Dell. I ordered this thinking the calculator was not part of the keyboard--I am glad it is! I am still getting used to the new laptop. I still have to employ the "tutoring" available for me. I started using it because my work computer was giving me problems. My own computer had died, and I needed to be available for faculty meetings, academic meetings, and other necessary virtual "meetings" for school. Next year I will be retiring and the school computer will go back to the school so I would have needed to purchase a new computer for myself anyway.

Have been looking for a laptop, but did not want to spend a lot of money for one. A local warehouse store had a laptop similar to this one but was sold out. Glad to find this one online. So far very satisfied.

This computer is very good. I love the touch screen although I don’t use it often. I’m still a mouse type of user. So I purchased a wireless mouse and I think I made a great purchase. I’ll buy another one soon.

Replaced a similar laptop that I had for about 6 years. This one is much thinner and lighter. Love the touch screen and it is very fast. Perfect for what I use it for which is e-mail, web and no heavy duty game use.

Great for browsing Can do some light gaming Does get warm during heavy usage...so use a table Only drawback is that there is no lights on keyboard to indicate whats on Touch screen is great, but really don't use it.

The Dell Inspiron with the touch screen and 1TB is exactly what I needed to do my creative work. I do blogging and at times vblog so I need a laptop that is both versatile and has enough internal memory speed to edit.

I don’t use this often. Mainly purchased it for cricut projects so I can’t say anything about other features it may have. Battery life could be better seems to die pretty quick even when not in use.

Plenty of space and memory with touch screen. Ignore other reviews that say that Windows S mode cannot be disabled on this laptop. It's really easy to disable if you follow online instructions from Microsoft.

I have been extremely pleased with my laptop purchase. The process of selecting and buying on the Best Buy web was very easy. I am not a gamer so this laptop has met all my work and internet browsing needs.

I have no income, so I have to depend on hand-me-downs and gifts. This is the first new computer I've had since my birthday in the 90's. I dislike windows 10, but very much love my Dell. I named her Drella. <3

Was looking for a replacement laptop and saw this on website. It was very easy to set up and I started using it within minutes of delivery. So far it meets all my expectations. Very happy with my purchase.
