I bought this laptop for my father-in-law because his old one was a decade-old and ran slower than molasses. Immediately upon set up it was very intuitive I walked him through how to access different features once or twice and he was good. It is capable of being password protected and the best feature yet it has voice capability. My father-in-law can press a simple icon wait for the beep and tell the computer which application he wants to open and it will do so quickly

This is a great performing laptop for the price. Took it out of S Mode immediately and very easily. Just google the simple instructions. Have access to both drives in file explorer. Video resolution is not full HD but is still workable for everyday tasks. I'd look for full HD if higher resolution is important to you. Same screen size as my Lenovo Yoga 15, but the wide bevel on the Dell makes it look smaller. No backlit keys as advertised. Had to adjust the touch pad sensitivity so that the cursor wouldn't jump around at the slightest touch. Overall pleased with this laptop.

So far no issues. It’s pretty fast. Everything works. Feels a little cheap and microphone sound on live calls may have a lot of background noise. But I am pretty picky and I like it for work and school.

Excellent laptop. My first one and with the touch screen even better. Was the right size for me. Even though it didn't turn into a tablet from folding it, it was still the right choice for me.

Bought this for small business use. Works fast and smooth. Just have to make sure to download all the new updates once you first start it up. Takes a while, but it talks/walks you through setting it up.

I don't need a fancy laptop. This one fits the bill. It's quick and easy to use. The one negative is that there is no mark on the "f" key. I wished it had a backlight for using the laptop in the dark.

I am not very familiar with computers. But this laptop is so easy to use it connects to my hotspot and is pretty efficient when uploading docs and apps. I use it only for online school it works perfect

My wife loves her computer. Light weight. Durable. Spill resistant. Plenty of memory to use for games and pictures to store. Easy to use. She loves That it’s touch screen as while as using mouse.

This is an excellent laptop if you are looking for home use. It boots up quickly due to the 8GM memory and the 1TB storage allows for a lot of photos.

Bought for a family member and it gets the job done well. As long as you aren’t video editing or doing heavy duty gaming on this (you shouldn’t be anyway) this is more than capable of getting the job done

I bought this for my high schooler instead of a MacBook that was hoped for. This had more memory and should last until college. It also has a nice sized keyboard and is touch screen. Works well!

I purchased this laptop to use with a Silhouette 3D printer. It is no frills, but has nice options like touch screen and numeric keypad. So far, it is working well and I am happy with my purchase.

Has all the features and more that I wanted. Similar Dell products had 128 GB SSD but not the additional TB hard drive, Amazon shipping time was weeks I got mine in days. Just happy with the entire deal. Oh and the price went down hours that day I bought it, they applied the credit for the difference with in a day. Excellent deal.

Battery life could be better either that or it needs to do a true shut down... light weight, still not sure about Win 10 S (means you can only use apps from playstore without going thru hoops!)

I bought this for my daughter ti work at home due to Covid 19. She has been able to get more work done since she started using the new computer. The touch screen was definitely an added bonus.

Got this for my wife. Kids of course use it too. Touch screen is a must in my humble opinion. Def not going to game on this but for everything else it is very speedy and smooth.

Very smooth system. Works great. Using it for personal use not work. Is exactly what I wanted. Screen is large. Worth the money!!! I also bought a mouse to go along with it. Great Great Great Value!

Works as expected. It is a little flimsy but not a real problem. Bought it for my daughter school work and roboxs. We did have to take it out of windows 10 lite but works well in standard windows 10
