Back to school next month. My computer fell and needed repair. In the meantime I had plenty of Virtual meetings for Work. There was no way I could go without a computer. Because, I required certain Apps to work with. In fact my original computer just came back a couple of days ago. Either way I have a backup computer in case of future emergencies. The laptop is black and has a nice clean look about it. I like how fast everything is on a new laptop. My System Scan takes longer when I add lots of pics. So I transfer them to an External Hardrive. I have had this computer for about 3 weeks. Now I am familiar navigating. This is important when you have school work to submit Online.

I followed the instructions for setting up my laptop only to discover the Microsoft OneDrive and wireless driver weren't installed as well as the computer would randomly shutdown with a "Bad Pool Caller" message. I tried going to the store for assistance and was given the information for Geek Squad. I contacted Geek Squad online and the associate refused to help me unless I paid for additional services. When pressed, the associate stated the laptop should had been updated in the store prior to purchase. I asked to speak with a supervisor and was given a number. After waiting an hour and 10 minutes, I spoke with another representative who recommended returning the product because there were too many issues. They promised to put me through to a return agent. After another 30 mins on the phone, a recording answered saying the return could not be completed without any further explanation. I've never actually had a chance to use this product as it wasn't setup properly prior to shipping.

This computer was purchased to make distance education easier to complete while working from home. The touch screen has been user friendly due to most of the technology I use is touch screen.

this laptop went from box to operating fully within 30 minutes. Set up was very easy and self explanatory. Easy view screen, simple verbal and typing access to the programming. A very good buy!

My first reaction as I unboxed was that this laptop was both beautiful and huge! The screen is such a great size. Set up was easy and it is a fast laptop. I would've given this 5 stars, but the setback for me was the resolution. The screen colors were not bright and vibrant as what screens usually are. I tested it out by adding a clear picture of mine as the background and lock screen. Both were blurry to me sad to say. I went to check the resolution in specifications and sure enough, it was low. Not your normal 1920x1080 HD. I wish I had read that section in the Specs before purchasing. Oh well, lesson learned. This is the only reason I returned it, but everything else was great.

Wasn't happy I had to buy a new computer to teach with, but I believe I got a good deal. And it was easy to use and get started with on line teaching. It did everything I needed it too.

We were looking for a smaller computer for home at a decent price and this computer is it! Easy to use, downloading office onto it took a little bit longer than expected, but still a good choice.

I have always loved Dell but have not been able to find 1 especially at such a good price. I am really enjoying it. It has so much functions I've discovered and so much yet to uncover.

purchased this foe one of our employees to use and it's quiet, performs well, and has enough of all the right features to keep them productive and comfortable during their work day.

This computer is a great choice for a person an a budget that still wants a good fast unit. I am very pleased with it so far. It is fast and the screen seems good to my tired old eyes.

It was affordable and easy to purchase. The staff was wonderful as I had go return a smaller one for this one and it was all done fast and professionally in the vestibule of the store.

This computer fit my needs for everyday home use and price range. I did not want S mode but it was easy to switch. Battery doesn’t last long. Touch screen is sometimes a little finicky.

I got this to replace my HP that I had for years. Great computer runs smoothly and loads pages fast. I got it to use with my Cricut machine and it’s a perfect fit.

Haven't put it through the ringer yet but so far I'm liking it. Lightweight, starts up quickly. Charge is sufficient. Went from Windows 10-S to Windows 10 so I could load Webroot.

i use the laptop for internet surfing ,news,sports and facebook and to talk to people with my same interests and hobbies,it has all the memory and features i need,perfect for me.

We purchased six of these computers from Best Buy, for the price and all the technology we need for our business. All our employees are extremely please with their new laptops!!!

The price is ok. Great for WFH needs. I like that it has plenty of space, 1 TB for my work data. Computer speed could be faster. I had trouble installing the antivirus program though.

Was skeptical about getting i3 processor but is super fast. Would not hesitate to buy another one, especially for the price. I do not have any nas so the 1t hard drive works well.

I purchased this laptop for my mom who doesn't use much software,just some basic internet searches and Word documents. It's a great size and the touchscreen is a great added touch.

Just got my computer. Happy with how easy the setup was, looks and functionality seems great. Can assume if I didn’t update this post that it was a great product and worth the money.
