All the bells and whistles at a good price. Did have to get rid of windows 10s so zoom could be installed. This laptop was for an 11 yr old zooming away with school

This is a very good laptop for the price I needed a laptop for remote work from home.Start up is so much faster than my old laptop, the touch screen as a bonus.

I purchased the Dell on sale and it's been good so far. The mouse seems a bit sensitive when one barely touches it but otherwise it's good. And lots of storage.

Needed a computer for personal use as I solely depend on my work computer. I also enjoy the touchscreen feature. Its perfect for my personal use and businesses.

The laptop does all I need it to do. The graphics are awesome and the picture is clear and sharp. The size is perfect and the touch screen is a great addition.

I love the touch screen feature. Only issue I have is the plug that came with the laptop is not working just haven't had a chance to take it back because of COVIT-19

I’ve only had this for a week and so far so good. I disabled S mode because it’s not compatible with google chrome which is weird. Pretty fast machine and lots of space.

Purchased this Laptop at the beginning of July. At that time it was on sale for $399 from the current $450 price. That was the first thing to get my attention.

Fast, easy to use, holds its charge well. Not a lot of garbage on it like some computers and it is very simple to use. No WiFi issues or any other problems.

Really like the large touch screen, and overall simple design - makes it easy to use. Purchased Microsoft Office suite to run on it, and it runs quickly.

I have been playing an online game with it and it functions great. Also use it for web surfing and other things. The touch screen is wonderful to have.

This is really a good buy for anyone looking to have sufficient space to download movies or songs sometimes not has fast but for school or personal use is great.

Haven’t noticed any problems with the computer. Would like to mention the free virus protection, wanted me to shut off an Smode on windows and then when clicked on more information, it told you what SMode was and why it’s better not to turn it off Smode. Therefore I have not partaken of the virus program

I recently purchased this computer. So far, I’m very impressed with its performance. Fast start up & easy to use. Overall, it’s a great computer for the value.

For the price you can't go wrong. Built in webcam and mic, a must have nowadays for Dr. video appointments. It has a nice size 15" touch-screen a big plus.

This is my second dell laptop and it works great for completing school assignments, personal tasks, and even gam8ng. An overall good deal for the price.
