I haven't bought a computer in years. So I was apprehensive about the purchase. I was help by a very nice lady in the geek squad. (Due to covid). Anyway I was helped to buy the best laptop for my needs. Geek Squad had setup my computer and have been very helpful with my questions. I also bought accessories that didn't work and I was happy that all my problems were taken care of by extremely helpful and knowledgeable employees. You guys are great and have my absolute confidence. I will be back and I will recommend Best Buy. Thank you for all your great service.

I am very happy with how easy it is to use. It's perfect for making and exiting my small videos. Also, I like the sound and video quality for my online meetings

Great purchase!! I got this laptop for my 9th grader and it doesn't disappoint. I love the video clarity as well as the touch screen capability.

Nice little computer for my boys to get their online school stuff done with. Not the greatest quality, but for the price it almost can't be beat!

Works great, you can turn off the touch screen with a touch of a button, sound quality is great and loud, uses 5G internet and runs 4K videos.

Nice laptop for the money My only Regret is that it doesn't have a CD ROM but other than that I really like the laptop it's perfect for what I need it for

I like the ease of using the Dell. Best Buy made it a very smooth on-line purchase. The previous reviews made it easy to choose thr computer I wanted.

Touchscreen: Amazing The computer graphics are awesome, especially on apps and games that have lots of graphics. The spill-proof keyboard is also really good.

Really easy to set it up and get it running. Great for office work. I wouldnt recommend it for gaming or heavy video editing. Great value for the price.

bluetooth is awesome. Touchscreen is excellent. No problems at all. Very user friendly. Only down side, no stylus. Perfect battery life. A++

I needed touch screen and at a price for my kids.. but it works smoothly I did upgrade the Ram. but the PC runs smoothly after taking it out of S mode.

Bought mainly to use with my cricut machine, works great, easy to use, set up was simple. Only took all of 10 seconds to switch out of Windows S mode.

I live my new Dell, I have never owned on but wanted to try something different. I love the touch screen and Corona voice activated capabilities.
