Love the wide screen. Not nearly as heavy in weight as my old laptop. Camera image is sharp. Touch screen is such a nice feature.

This laptop is a nice upgrade for me. It is fast and has lots of memory for a non-gamer. This laptop has all the bells and whistles.

Major problem doesn't have a DVD drive. Minor problems 1 when I press start button tab key doesn't work, for example start>tab>tab doesn't get shutdown submenu so I have to use the mouse 2 f2 key doesn't rename items in window explorer, but brings up the brightness bar, which perversely doesn't respond to up or down arrow, so not only do I need to use mouse to rename I also need to use mouse to change brightness And probably all the other function keys are stuck on the same situation, but so far f2 to rename is all I tried

Plan in starting college soon and needed a good laptop. This one is perfect and has a lot of storage room. Good multifunctional laptop

Well I did not know this laptop had touch screen.. What a wonderful surprise. I am learning easily due to the voice activated helper..

I really like the laptop. The laptop starts up with S mode, turn off S mode and switch it to home and it will run like an average computer.

I bought this laptop for my 12 year old son. It is fast and does what it is supposed to do. My son plays online games with no issue.

Have to keep it plugged in as it will not hold a charge. I work on a computer every day at work and this is the hardest one to figure out how to operate. After not using it for a couple months cause I couldn't get it going... had a tech to come it to even get my email up. I hate having to verify every move I make. I still cannot get much done on it.... so I'm back at work doing all my home, private stuff on my work computer.

First time buying a Dell. So far, so good. Great hard drive capacity, it holds a lot of photos and music and boots up really quick with the additional solid state drive. This seems to be a quality laptop. This is a great upgrade from my previous Toshiba from 2013. I like that with this version of Windows 10 you get the option to turn off the “S” mode so I could load other software that is not from Microsoft.

very happy. large screen, easy setup. no issues arrived on time- very easy for me to set up in a few minutes-the price was great.

This Dell works well out of the box and is perfect for our needs for the price. Took a little time to setup, but is definitely worth it.

This is a great computer for the money. I wish had purchased one of these before instead of buying an overpriced APPLE computer.

Love this laptop have being learning how to navigate. I'm having fun learning to do different things on the computer.

I wasn't sure about the touch screen feature gut I really like it. I also like the no mouse feature. The start up line is very fast.

I got this laptop through the deal of the day...Awesome deal, I have been a Dell fan ever since I got my first computer, over 20 years ago, they have never disappointed me. I need only for basic banking, streaming, etc. It has everything I need, and more. Picture is clear, easy to operate, and fast. I did not give it a 5 star because the only issue I have with this laptop is the sound. The volume is kind of bad, even at the highest is still not loud, but I guess with adding a speaker will take care of that.
