hi, it’s a good laptop. i use it for my online classes. it’s a good laptop for college students. it’s touchscreen as well.

I've had several Dells, and I really love this one so far, with the exception of the mouse which is uncomfortable to use in my opinion. I recommend getting an external wireless mouse. I've only had it for a week, so I can't speak on longevity. But I haven't had any of the problems some reviews mentioned. It's super fast for the price, and I had no problem switching out of Windows S Mode and no problem accessing the 1TB hard drive. LOVE the additional storage capacity! Great basic laptop!

I have had a lot of fun with this computer. Super fast, compact, easy to use. Even talked my friend in to getting one.

Love the touch-screen option and the keypad. I have owned the Dell-Inspiron for 3 months and have had no problems.

Computer runs great, fan is quiet, no issues so far. Process speeds are great and I really like the touch screen option.

Bought this laptop for my daughter for school. No issues with it for completing the task. No issues with hardware or battery. Just one issue with the "W" key coming off. I might have to contribute it to her playing video games. While it didn't pop back on, I see one of the metal pins is pushed down. Simple fix. Solid pc and no issues with the screen, camera or mic. I'm giving it 5 Stars for surviving remote learning.

Great product for the price! Very easy to use and Geek squad downloaded my old computer info . It was wonderful!!

I've been using this laptop for about 1.5 months, so I've put it through its paces. It boots up quickly, runs quietly and is easy to customize. I have free software through my employers so I haven't used what Dell offers. The webcam is a necessity during these work from home times and this laptop offers a clear picture. Natural light is always best, but I find the cam to work well in lower light settings also. I haven't run across anything to make me regret the purchase.
