The only reason I did not give a 5 star is because it does not have backlit keys! I thought all computer had this feature. I also do not like that the pad is not in the middle of the computer, but to the left, and I end up touching it by mistake... it takes me to another site, or terminates what I am doing!

When my computer crashed physically, the GEEK Squad was most helpful in providing help -- to the point of recommending a comparable replacement. Better, they gave support which assisted the transition to the new computer with quality time and expertise. They should be commended for their help. THANKS

To start with all of our other PCs are I5 or I7 cores running at 2G+. As you might expect this PC is very slow by comparison. However since it is many used as a remote desktop to access other machines it is fitting our needs nicely. FYI we did upgrade the 128G with a 500G SSD.

A solid, basic laptop running Windows 10. I have been using this laptop almost every day for months. No complaints at all (other than the camera isn't great, but I knew that before purchasing, so it met my expectations). I've been very pleased with this purchase.

it took me awhile to adjust to it. the screen is very touchy especially when I am playing my game, especially when the screen enlarges on you and to be able to see bottom of screen until you can get it readjusted. I'm still in the process of learning it still. I still would recommend this to my friends.

My Dell laptop crashed and I needed a good laptop at a low price. Also I needed it right away due to the tax deadline. This new laptop is comparable to the old one with an upgrade to Window 10. My old laptop was repaired but restored back to original Window 8. I am satisfied with my purchase.

I purchased this laptop for my youngest son as a year end reward for getting excellent grades during the e-learning at the end of the year due to the covid-19 shut down. He absolutely loves this computer. He uses it on a daily basis and can do everything that he needs to do on it. Excellent laptop!

I bought this laptop after my 7.5 month old Lenovo Ideapad crashed and was still broken when I got it back from Lenovo after it was “repaired.” This model is an upgraded version from my last Dell laptop that lasted 6 years. I love Dell and will never own another computer not made by dell again

Windows 10 is fats and efficient. The only comment I have that’s slightly negative is the addition of the right hand number pad. I think it takes up too much space and causes some typing errors. I’m so used to the furthest button being the enter button, so the typing takes some getting used to.

I bought this laptop as a gift to a family member and I know they don't use laptop for heavy work loads. I went for this laptop because it was a good entry level laptop for home use and surfing the internet. Over all good for users who don't use it for extended hours. The purchase was worth it.

The audio jack/port did not work on the first computer of this model that I purchased, so I took it back. This new one I received to replace it worked at first, but it not longer does. The audio continues to be heard over the speakers and not in the ear buds. Otherwise, the computer works well.

When it is time to get a new laptop, check out the selection at Best Buy. We purchased the Dell 15.6 at Best Buy and it has been a BEST BUY. The associates at Best Buy know their computers, and they will help you pick out the one that's right for you.

The computer is very efficient and it serves the need. However, it came with WIndows 10S, which does not allow installation of software such as McAfee antivirus, I was able to install office 365, since it is a Microsoft product. This should be explicitly spelled out in the product description.

The current state of business required that I be able to meet virtually several times a week. I could not tie up my phone that much and needed a laptop computer. I had a limited list of required features and a limited budget. The Inspiron I purchased from Best Buy filled the bill perfectly.

It's a good basic+ computer. SSD for OS makes it fast enough for basic work, but you'll need to know how to tell Windows to move your Documents and Pictures folders to the other storage drive as you'll fill up the 128GB quick. It's just for Windows and programs.

On and off the laptop in seconds on SSD, but slow read on HDD sub folders. Windows 10 S is a plus, no need to install any anti- virus softwares and still have security. Price is right on my budget with the AC WiFi tech, love it.

Like Dell products. Good price and design. Like 10th generation. Touch screen tricky takes time and practice to get used to. Did imsert wireless mouse to use sometimes. Pleased with this computer uses mostlu for email and social network and search, banking, storage. Not a big time gamer.

Love the laptop. Just what I needed. But I am frustrated about price. Paid $449. plus tax. The same day I received it I went online to Best Buy to look up information about it and it was on sale for $50.00 less. Don't know whether to be mad at me or Best Buy. The sound on this computer is great!

This computer arrived quickly, and so far has been nothing but great. I have used it for music programs and online classes, and it has worked well. The screen is clear for my needs, and the volume is quite loud, which is nice! I haven't used the touch screen much, and it's fine without it.
