I needed this laptop to just do basic things for business etc. payroll, invoices, and organize work related files. For what I use it for it's great. I haven't had any complaints. I wish there was a lit keyboard but for the price I knew that it would just be standard which is ok.

Bought this for the daughter. She isn't easy on equipment, and beat the tar out of her last laptop. It looks like this one will do a much better job of enduring her abuse, and has the processing power to provide several years of acceptable user experience.

Sleek design, lightweight, quick start up on all applications! Keys are very kinetic and sensory to the touch, so no need to press real hard on keys for them to work!!! Matte finish picks up fingerprints very easily. Other than that, overall a very good product for the cost!

After comparing the rest of laptops to this one. I've decided to go with this one--needed storage which it has alot and it was new, and very much affordable. Seems like during covid-19 prices on things have been reasonable and limited. And with virtual learning needed one for the house.

Recently retired, I had to return my school issued laptop. I started comparing right away and found this Dell to do everything I needed it to do. I did have to switch out of Windows 10 S mode because the antivirus subscription did not work with S mode. It was very easy to do.

This is my first laptop ever & so far I feel like it works just as good as my Dell desktop. I did a lot of research of laptops and stuff before purchasing, read a lot of reviews and watched a lot of youtube videos on them and feel like I got the best one in my price range.

Runs apps fine. Loads and boots up at a decent speed. Touchscreen had acted up a few times in the month I've been using it but only momentarily so can't deduce if it was the touchscreen or a program I was working in yet.

Was going thru work quickly at the beginning but as I add sites I need to use it has gotten little slower after just one month. It might be Win 10 though allowing all the darn advertising crap to come through. Might have to pay to stop that but the laptop works fine.

I got this laptop for my dad for Father’s Day and he likes it a lot. He was using a 6 year old desktop and it’s been getting slow. He was happy to learn how to use Zoom and be able to watch Netflix from the laptop easily. Also the 1TB hard drive is definitely a big plus.

Although I am still getting familiar with the laptop it does what I need it to do. The battery seems a little weak but that's ok just make sure you have our plug with you. It's fairly light weight and will fit in a standard sized computer bag. I would buy this computer again.

Good for basic functions. Bought this for my dad so he can join a year long study program. It is well made, sturdy, and has all the hardware necessary for video conferencing, multi apps running, and web surfing. Screen resolution isn’t super great but gets the job done.

So far this has been a good laptop. It's pretty light and easy to use. The keys don't feel as solid as I have had in the past but they work well. It does come in Windows 10s mode which I think you have to change to Windows 10 to use most of the software I really need.

Its a great laptop on the go. As a electrician I really enjoy the speech to text to make it easy to take notes and jobsite list of parts. The draw back is the fact that it doesn't come with CD/CDRW drive. Other than that I highly recommend to anyone that's starting a business.

Windows 10 S-mode is weird, but I guess that’s just what computers have nowadays. After disabling S-mode, the computer functions well, has two hard drives with the solid state for operational software and a regular hard drive for your files. Very happy with this purchase

I haven't had any problems with this laptop so far. In fact, I keep checking back to purchase on for my parents. Their Dell is ancient and just completely went out on them. I let my mom use my laptop and she loves it! Now, I'm on the hunt...lol

I had my Dell for a week and the screen cracked internally. I barely touched the screen and it cracked. Since I didn’t take out the protection plan I had no recourse. I called Dell and started a ticket with them and was assured a service person would call within 48 hours. That was 2 weeks ago and I’ve had no call from them. My customer service experience was not good. To replace the screen would cost around $250.00-300.00. I spent 450.00 to buy it just a few weeks before it cracked.

He uses it for his online and in person classes. We got the annual Microsoft Office subscription and it is working great so far. The battery life between charges is good. The fit and finish and quality is well done. I just wish it came with a laptop bag.

This is a great laptop for the average user. You get great value for the money and the laptop will exceed your expectations. Most users will not need more than an i3, 8GB RAM, and 1TB storage. In addition you get a speedy SSD drive for booting.

Replacing old laptop, especially since former camera and microphone were not always working but needed for zoom meetings. This Dell is great for those. I skipped the tutorial because I needed to use it immediately, need to go back and learn more details now.

I love this laptop! I started working from home and this computer allows me to run multiple tabs at once at a very fast speed. The home screen is very organized. It is easy to download things that you enjoy to make the laptop most efficient for your use of it.
