Was originally counting on the Geek Squad to come to my home to set up and show me everything I need to know. Unfortunately, Covid 19 put a wrench in my plans. I had to set up and teach myself all of the functions. I’m still learning but it seems to be going well.

Replaced HP laptop with this product. Superior to the HP. Except for the Microsoft overkill security which doesn't allow any Non-Microsoft software. I quickly learned to eliminate the function. Great battery life and terrific set-up assistance. Good Machine.

Great laptop for work at home. After 16 years of retirement, I was asked to work during the pandemic crisis. I had an old Dell but needed another laptop. Even though it not the pretty green or other vivid colors, this one does what I need it to do. Very pleased.

I recently purchased this laptop online. When I received it, I was pleasantly surprised. It has everything I've been looking for. I use it for home application and some church work. I don't often recommend items but this one is worth the recommendation.

I love the speed and setup. However after a few weeks the machine started making a lot of noise. I don't know if it is the fan belt or the HD itself. Still waiting on my appointment to bring it back in.

This was a great deal! Huge storage capacity and excellent memory, it's like a computer powerhouse on a budget. It has lots of built in ports and I was specifically looking for an Ethernet port. Jackpot, it's there. I'm very happy with this purchase!

I love this lap top. The only bummer is the key board isn't lit and the battery doesn't last a whole day of working. Otherwise I love the quite keys, screen size, weight. I purchased this to work from home and I am happy with it and would recommend it!

Purchased this as a laptop for my son for school and it hasn't disappointed. The SSD fires the computer up quickly and there's more than enough memory to play games on Roblox during down time from school. Great purchase and a great price.

This was a replacement for a a er laptop. It’s was a great buy. I use it for zooming and basic personal Usage, classwork and little bit of work i brought home. It’s fast, the side number pad is a plus for me and it has a nice simple stylish look to me

Love this laptop! My fiancé and I bought this so he can take his work wherever we go, he works from home so needless to say he requires a computer that is consistently reliable which it is. It’s lightweight and compact, would definitely recommend.

Night this for my high school graduate son. Moving into this digital world we're living in now students need to have connectivity. Great specs will last him, hopefully, through college with this item. So far, so good. Would definitely recommend...

My daughter uses this work school. She tells me that it is very user-friendly. Very easy to use for her distance learning. Setting up folders for each of her classes, doing tests on-line, and accessing the internet have all been seamless.

I bought this Dell laptop for my wife as she needs a laptop of her own for her responsibilities and we have been sharing the same computer for both our needs which has created some conflicts. She is very happy with it and uses it all of the time.

Fairly easy to get up and running after you’ve given them all your personal information. It’s not optional either, so if you want this laptop be prepared to share everything about you! I’m an Apple guy but bought this for the convenience and price.

We needed a new laptop that we could gather in groups on and this was a good computer at a nice price (a lot of them have sold out!). It has a good camera and sound but has a "touchy" touch screen! Wish it had more software installed but for this price?

This computer is great, it runs fast and boots up pretty quick. I am glad I bought it. It is good for basic streaming and social media or email, probably not the best for gaming. Sound is OK but not the best. Would buy again and would recommend.

This is a good computer, easy to set up. Has windows and is touchscreen. Easy to use with teams. The only draw back is weight. It is heavy. I wouldn't want to carry it around all the time. Its perfect to stay at the house and be used for homeschooling.

So far everything works as expected. If there is an indicator showing that the power is on would be very helpful instead of just showing up for a couple of seconds on the Caps Lock and on the side next to the power cord which is not easy to see.

This is the first laptop I have ever owned. It’s been a learning process. Overall, I’m haply with my purchase. I highly recommend getting a wireless mouse. Using the keypad is not fun. I do recon this Dell laptop for people that are working remotely.

I bought this laptop as a personal device to use for work while having to work from home during our COVID-19 shutdown. Runs very fast, and has great memory! I’ve had it over a month now and have had no problems with it at all. Would buy again!
