Believe it or not a little difficult to set up.... the set up wants me to do things I have not done before... I think Microsoft believes everyone knows what is going with the new updates... The computer itself seems to be good... and what a value!

I have had this laptop for over a month and it works great. The processor is quick. The only tiny drawback is that I wish the key were raised a little, not so embedded in the tray. But great laptop for the price and for what I need it for now.

Love Dell and this computer was a great price! Only four stars because it’s last years model, so it doesn’t have all the gadgets that I would like it to have to give it five stars. Besides that, it does everything I need it to do and has been great!

This laptop has both a traditional keyboard and touchscreen capabilities. The storage space is phenomenal at the price point with 256 gigs of solid state memory and an additional terabyte hard drive. It also includes the Microsoft 365 package.

my son needed a computer to do homeschooling. did the job. i use it for searching, shopping and listening to music all at the same time. i have a dell work computer which this isnt as fast but fast enough to not get frustrated from loading pages.

The laptop isn’t terrible for the price. The extra HDD I don’t need, 128gb SSD is just fine. Great they give you it though at this price point. Keyboard and trackpad feel cheaper, definitely compared to their 5000 or 7000 series which I’m used to.

this is a STUNNING laptop, I have had it for MONTHS now and I can gladly say it's great! It runs fast, does exactly what I need it to do and everything. It's not so much for games, but it does run Sims 4 very smoothly.

Geek squad could not help even though the product was certified by them. There was absolutely no WiFi or bluetooth capability when it was turned on, the touch screen was shotty and it has to be plugged in to even catch a charge. Geek Squad would not speak to me over the phone. I had to make an appointment 2 weeks out just to drop it off and then there was no telling how long it would be til I got it back. They suggested I call Dell instead. After 2 hours on the phone I was able to connect to wifi but that was all. Every time I start the computer I have to plug it in and I can only connect to the wifi in my home I can not take my laptop anywhere else without an ethernet cable. What's the point of a laptop!? Yes this review is months after I had it but it took a while to get it in the mail and I wasn't using it as often as needednsince I could only use it at home and in that time I tried to get extra warranties which was still an option but I was denied or transferred on the phone until there was no end. Literally hours were wasted on getting this computer to perform at minimum as well as the time spent trying to apply the warranty to simply replace the device with a new one to no avail.

This computer has done great for school work and work at home. Was really easy to setup. Although it took me a little bit to learn how to install the software protection that came with it. It loads up extremely quick and easy to navigate.

Having a great time using this laptop. Size is perfect! It was a beast to initially set up requiring calls to Dell. Best Buy tech support were not able to help but, fortunately, Dell was very helpful. Also used college tech support.

Online shopping was easy to navigate. I found the perfect laptop for our needs and the price was right. Shipping was fast and product was easy to start up right out of the box. Very pleased with the product and the ease of ordering.

Needed a cheap good one for online zoom meetings only. After deleting some of the junk software and games it does what’s needed well. I would recommend this for online classes and zoom meetings. It’s held up good so far.

This is a great laptop that does a good job of surfing the web - this is my 1st Touch-screen laptop and it's taking a while to learn not to touch the screen trying to clear dust off it and inadvertently clicking on something by mistake

Good computer school or work wise, but resolution can only be up to 1366x768 so not the best in screen quality, same goes for the camera. Video wise only captures at 720p at 30fps and photos captured come up as 1280x720 nothing higher.

The display is washed out unless you have the screen pointed Directly at your face. The battery only lasted 4-5 hours brand new. I'll hate to see how long it lasts in a couple of years.

This is definitely a great laptop! Large screen, 8 gigs of memory and plenty of hard drive space as well as the newest type of computer drive option included - the solid state drive. So very satisfied with my purchase.

Love how this laptop is fast and has a lot of storage space. Wish it had a disk drive, but one can be bought fairly cheap to plug into this. Probably wouldn't use it that often anyway. Also easy to change out of windows S mode.

Very nice piece of equipment. I really haven't had it long enough to know if I like it a lot but my husband seems to love it. There is no office software on it. You will have to purchase all your office software.

Bought this laptop with the sole intention of using it to run Adobe creative cloud programs. Processor is fast, keyboard layout is great and the touchscreen is responsive. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a new laptop.

I have to get new laptop!! For all my work assignments! The laptop had everything I needed, web cam pretty decent for does zoom meetings. Installing Microsoft 365 was easy too. Trend Micro installations was bit tricky but got it to work.
