This is a great little computer. I purchased it for my husband as a gift. Don't let it small and compact size fool you, it is a fully loaded laptop and the graphics are pretty good. Great for travelling

It was confusing and a bit difficult, so I used chat a lot but now feel that it fits my needs perfectly. I bought Office 365 but returned it because I don't need any of that. I just needed something for my email and that overkill.

I bought this laptop to use for college, although my semester has not started yet, I have been using the laptop for a summer class and it works very well. Everything starts and loads fast. I am very satisfied with this product.

Purchased for a high school student to use for homework, virtual learning, etc. No issues at all... It's not a performance computer by any means but it works well for web browsing and multi-tasking with basic software programs.

it is great overall so far ive only had it a couple hours and the only flaw I see in it so far is the ssd is a little louder than u would want it to be sounds kinda like a card in a bike spoke but other than that its a decent laptop.

Some may say it is too large, but I love the size. Screen makes it easy to see folks on Zoom calls, now that we have that as part of our new normal! Overall, pleased with the item and always a good experience from Best Buy!

This computer boots really fast thanks to the dual drives. SSD for boot 1 TB for storage. Windows 10 "S" mode will need to Be turned off if you want anything beside microsoft software. For example. Some virus scan software

I've had alot of lame laptops but that was my fault. I didn't know the specs behind it and im glad I learned. Im very satisfied with this laptop. I can now run my virtual machines and my Adobe creative cloud with no problem

So many new features are available that I did not have in my previous laptop. The Geek Squad was kind enough to transfer all my information from my previous laptop to this one. It's a pleasure having this new laptop.

I have a macbook air but the screen is too small for the accounting work that I do. I needed a bigger screen especially for all of the spreadsheets I use throughout the day. I love this size & am more productive on it.

Had problem the first day it arrive. You will be on the internet and it cuts out on able to display page and wireless would go in and out strong signal. Had to emai tec support and they fix it. So far 2 days and it is working.

It is a very good laptop, it is very efficient and above all its price is very economical, it is fast it works very well it has very good functions, its battery lasts very well, for the price I pay I am very satisfied

We had originally purchased a Chromebook... something happened in shipping...Josh at the Brentwood, TN store was amazing in making an awful situation good. The original salesman, Isaac went above and beyond as well.

The computer is good almost in everything, the only things for my I don't like it is the resolution screen is vary poor is bad, I consider that it should have a little more of resolution in the screen for it to be perfect .

Great laptop for non gamers or those who need a fast processor or storage. Basic and great for new users or older people like my husband, 78. Having Cortana built in helped in set up and made it all so easy to do.

First time buying a computer and with the help of Best Buy s people it was a very good experience. I really like this product and it was a very good buy for the price. I do everything I need to on this laptop and more.

I love my new Dell Laptop. However I purchased the antivirus or it was included I don’t remember. My printer has stopped working with it. When My 20 yr old called what She thought was HP, they asked for access to my laptop and said I had many viruses that prevented printing. They wanted to charge me A huge amount to fix it. then we figured it was a scam. I have not had time to call Dell to get it straightened out. I don’t think it’s the printer my girls have laptops (Mac’s). And they can print. That is why I hesitated about purchasing a dell have had virus probs in the past with anti virus protection.

i had expressed that i needed a new laptop for my college classes. I got the laptop and no Microsoft included. Had to buy it separately. Something should always be said when selling an item so you are not expecting.

I am not a gamer so this computer fits my needs. I should have looked closer at the specs because I needed a dock abele computer. Still loading software so haven’t tested it fully but so far I am pleased with my purchase.

The SSD drive on this is what makes it. I use it for pretty basic tasks. Word, excel, power point projects, email, web surf, etc. starts up quickly without delays. Doesn’t get hot like the old drive system.
