This is my 2nd purchase of a Dell laptop. Even though the best buy store wasn't fully open I was able to make an appointment to shop. I purchased my laptop & picked it up at the Midtown Charlotte store curbside.

My husband was looking for a computer with the number keys on the side, so we've been looking for a while now because no computer had it. When I saw this one, I just couldn't pass it up and it's a DELL to boot!!!

Tried the switch to a Mac but after struggling to adapt for over a year, I had to come back to my beloved Dell. Nothing beats a Dell. The feel of the keyboard, the clearness of the picture/screen, I love it all.

This unit is used in my 12x24 sunroom with windows on three sides. Routed the exhaust to one of the windows and turned it on. Started working right away and has been working as expected for a over a week now.

Dell doesn’t disappoint with this edition of their Inspiron. Wife got this to mostly just surf the web and maybe some Microsoft Word project. Just wish that it had higher processing power. But it gets the job done.

I purchased a laptop for my son to start his first year of college. The associate went beyond the basics to assist me in my purchase. He went over any questions I had thoroughly. He was patient and kind.

I got this laptop to be able to work search and have multiple screens up and it runs great start up Is pretty quick as well pretty impressed with my purchase

I am pleased with the functionality for the price paid. I am able to do all of the things I want a computer for--Internet, word-processing, music and photo storage, etc. Nothing fancy, just good quality.

Bought as a birthday gift for my fiancé, he doesn’t use it terribly often but when he does it can handle everyday tasks as well as some light gaming, decent battery life and no issues so far.

This is the first time out of 37 years using a home computer that I purchased a Dell. Up to this point I am very well pleased with it. It is giving me everything and more that I need and in a computer.

It was super easy to set up and it's fast!! I had a Windows 7 and hated Windows 8. I was dreading having to get a new computer, but Windows 10 is super easy to navigate and I'm loving my new computer!!

Replaced my OLD work desktop computer with this laptop. Everything (so far) seems to great great. I would strongly recommend turning off SMode so that you are able to download/install software, etc.

I think it's ok for just regular web surfing and watching Netflix. Also like the fact it's touch screen But it has a little storage compared to its price.

The Sales Associate informed me that for a $50 price increase I would be upgrading the processor of the laptop from essentially what a smartphone uses to a respectable model of processor, great call!

My wife wanted a new computer to replace her old laptop and desk top (didn't need both after retiring). This checked a lot of her boxes but had to purchase separate disc drive. So far, so good.

Having second storage is a nice feature and for under 500 great device for anyone needing a good device for school or work.... not a gaming or graphics designer tool but it'd work for some games I'm sure.

This Dell Inspiron was a great purchase. It was everything and more we needed for our college student. Great speed online and very quiet with the solid state hard drive. You won't be disappointed.

This is my fourth Dell Inspiron laptop and it is a great addition to my home. I purchased this product as an additional laptop is needed as a result of the pandemic requiring everyone to work from home.

So far I have had no problem with the product. It is very similar to my last laptop, an HP. They are both about the same price, except this one lacks a built-in drive...my only negative I can think of.

Everything I wanted. The Best Buy family did very well getting the product and the Geek Squad setting up 365 and antivirus on computer in record time during the and still going pandemic. Awesome Job!
