A little more complicated than I thought, but I got some help from friends to learn more about it. So little by little I am getting more used to it. I wish there was a user manual with it.

So far it's everything you'd expect from a pc in its price range. Very good display for HD video and fast processor. I find the internet dropping at times but not sure if it's my connection or the pc.

I like the new laptop very much. It has made my working at home during the pandemic much easier and more efficient. Easy to set up. I really like the larger screen. Very happy with this laptop.

It does what it's supposed to. Comes with Windows in S mode (which had to be switched to download anything) but otherwise it works great. Quick startups and shutdowns and good battery life.

Bought this for my daughter who is "remote learning" and starting high school soon. She loves it. Good speed, nice web cam, allows her to do her school work and fast enough for some basic gaming.

I walked into a highly sanitized store that made me feel safe. Then I was immediately attended to by competent Staff. And lastly items were easily displayed and easy to access thru Staff.

I needed to purchase this laptop to improve my work load. Very thoughtful in its creation and really functional for the work I do daily. I would definitely recommend this Dell laptop to my friends.

My MS Surface did a bad thing and this is the laptop I picked to use until I get around to replacing my Surface. I have owned this laptop for less than 1 month and already it is slow and sticky and it sometimes freezes. My family thinks it is noisy at times, but I think the white noise it produces is average. Also, the seam along the right edge of the keyboard is mobile and I anticipate it will warp/ separate. I am not thrilled with the low quality of the product and I don't think I got a good deal here, but I do believe that I got what I paid for.

Can't find anything I don't like about this laptop. Easy to use and a reasonable price. I'm not into gaming or social media and this is a perfect laptop for business and pleasure. Good Buy.

This computer is a great affordable laptop. The only issue i have is that when you type, the cursor will leap to a different part of the screen. It may be because the mouse pad is off center?

I bought this laptop for my son to use for virtual learning. I have used it with Zoom Meetings and the video and sound are crystal clear. My son also uses it to play games. He loves it!

I use this laptop mainly for work. Operates very smoothly and the touch screen is a plus. I upgraded the ram on the laptop with ease. Upgrading the ram gives me a more snappy response.

The computer works well, but the windows program tries to take over! For those of use who've been using a computer for many years, that is kind of annoying. But, the Dell computer is great!

It's worked very well with no major hiccups over the past few years. Serves all my intended needs and more.

This laptop is exactly what we needed for our use. Some accounting functions using excel, a little publishing, and staying in contact with friends and family. Couldn't be happier.

My nephew loves this laptop. I had no idea that it was coming right during the covid19 pandemic. So it fell right in line with the requirement that they needed for in home schooling.

Been using Dell for work, so I decided to get one for personal use. Good to have enough memory for files and I was able to connect it with my android phone. Perfect for everyday use.

I purchased this Inspiron laptop in May 2020, This is the best laptop that I've ever owned. The sales person walked my through the process, And I haven't had any problems. GREAT Laptop.

I love Dell brand laptops! This model is very thin and lightweight. I work from home and it works great for what I do. I definitely recommend this laptop.

this has been a god send to be able to work from home and spend qty. tyme with the pets, just move from the bedroom to the screened in nook over watching the wilderness and nature.
