Got this laptop for my daughter so she could have a good computer to do school work now that all classes are online due to the COVID-19 hysteria. It so far is working very well.

The camera quality is pretty. The keyboard and screen are big. Makes is easy to type and view. It pretty light weight for its size

The Dell laptop has all the functions that we need. We do not use it often but when we do use it it does what our tablets cannot do. We are very pleased with our Dell.

I bought this for my son (in elementary school) to do schoolwork online. It’s perfect. Easy to use. Great parental controls. Just all around great buy at a great price.

1. CPU + SSD + HD combination is an excellent combo. 2. Screen is not as crisp, owing to this price point. 3. Build quality is questionable. Not sure how this would look like 3 years from now. As a result, I would recommend don't make this your mobile workhorse. This is more suited as an occasional traveling computer. 4. Not a backlit keyboard. For home use / teenager who needs to do school work, this is a good computer. I would not recommend this for professional mobile use (I am an adjunct lecturer too).

Typically use it for simple office projects and basic internet usage. Runs smoothly and responds quickly. So far everything is good and and I think it is worth with its price.

So far so good with this laptop. All the functionality I wanted, great sized screen. My only complaint is I wish the mouse pad was more central, not so much to the side.

Love this computer. The webcam isn’t super clear but is good. Also the volume to me isn’t loud like I would like but overall I love the laptop. I would definitely buy again.

I’ve been using HP for over ten years. Generally, 4+ years for each. The last one was a real lemon. Switched to Dell and I really like it. Well put together machine.
