My daughter is loving it, unfortunately I couldn’t use the free internet they give away, called the customer service and they tried to get me in an unnecessary plan

I'm from Puerto Rico and is unfair that we can't buy directly from the web page. Fix that. I had to buy it online and send it to New York and then my mother send it to me.

I got this for my girlfriend a few months ago. She absolutely loves it and it’s a really great purchase. Dell is usually pretty good with their laptops.

The only thing is it’s 2 weeks old and having trouble with the power button.I can’t bring it in I have a new granddaughter we are helping with so we stay isolated.

Definitely an upgrade to my current computer. No problems yet and we've had it for a few months so far. Inexpensive for what you get. Would recommend

This was the screen size my 9 year old son wanted for doing his at home schooling. It works perfect and he can play his games too. Dell computers outlast Windows.

This laptop is perfect for what I need. I just needed something at home to read emails and maybe do a little internet surfing. This laptop does the trick.

Was worth the money as I only bought it to play The Sims 4. Can be a bit slow at times and storage isn’t so great but other than that no complaints.

Have to get used to the new Windows (my previous computer was about 10 years old), and get used to Edge (used to Google). Other than that, extremely pleased!!

My granddaughter needed a computer got her this she loves the features and everything that can be done. Though she would like it to be a bit smaller in size.

Bought this computer for my wife, she decided that she would rather use her cell phone. I guess that i have a spare laptop. So this is my second DELL laptop.
