Overall a great laptop. My only beef is the version of Windows/Edge would not work with my necessary applications.

Only gratis we would have liked that this laptop doesn't have wood be a back lit keyboard. Great product over all.

I ordered this based on reviews and the fact that it was a good price. I’ve had a Dell for years and it was great, but it was time for an upgrade. I work online and use the camera constantly. From the time I got this laptop, the colors and contrast have been dull and the camera does weird things. I will be online and the lighting gets brighter and darker on its own. If I move to the side of the screen, I get a big flash of light when I move back to the middle. I’ve spoken with Dell, and the rep. Was unable to access my computer. He sent a tech guy out, so I had to back up and remove any personal information on my computer. He replaced the camera, and the issue is still there. Now I will have to call again, spend hours on the phone and try to get it fixed. In the meantime, I need to work and may lose my job if my lighting isn’t right online. I’ve bought six extra lights, thinking it would fix the issue with no luck. I’m really frustrated and at a loss right now. I hope Dell does the right thing and replaces it. All I want is a laptop that works.

Does its job! Bought it on sale when I was needing a laptop, almost went with a different brand glad I didnt.

theres some issue with the keyboard not working sometimes but honestly i have a razer one i can connect to it anyways so its not too big of a deal for me personally. Anybody else would have a lot of trouble with this, i was just lucky enough to have what i needed. It’s a good laptop besides that, i usually stick with the inspirons and have liked them all so far for work and school.

its was a good quality computer at a good price. This was what I was looking for and I found it at Best Buy.

Great graphics. I was a little scare about upgrading but this laptop has been amazing. Great buy and present.
