Love this laptop! Has everything I was looking for at a great price. Touch screen, fast and lots of memory. Just the right size for our little office space.

My 8yrold loves it. Battery stoped charging 2 months after the warranty ended. How convenient! Went to geek squad and they can’t do anything apparently. Which is odd I though they fixed things. I understand if i have to pay for repair. The point is they wouldn’t even try. Just said probably needs a new battery. Yeah… thanks Nancy Grace. Okay laptop… I would buy again. Geek squad not so helpful.

I really was nervous about purchasing this computer at first but after using this computer everyday for work I love it. It is fast and it is easy to use.

After not having a new laptop for years (last one was Windows 7), this one is awesome! Speed is sufficient for what I need and I love having 1TB of HDD.

I purchased this laptop for school and it's been perfect for distance learning. The 15.6" touch screen display is awesome. The price was also great.

I got this just to do word processing, zoom meetings and web browsing stuff and it is a fantastic laptop for that. It boots insanely fast about 5 seconds from pressing power button until I have my browser open from a full shutdown. Not sure on battery life yet, I haven’t ran it dead yet. Windows S mode is very easy to turn off. Also I opted not to send windows a bunch of usage info and did not turn on any extra antivirus outside of regular windows defender stuff. I don’t know if that would affect speed or not. The webcam is also much better than I expected for this price. I considered going with a Lenovo that was 100 cheaper but am glad I didn’t.

A decent processor, enough memory for general application use and both an SSD and traditional drive and a price under $500 makes this a true bargain.

Love the touch screen. Has plenty of memory . It does everything I need it to. I have a handyman business and it is perfect for all my paperwork.

Love it! This is the best choice I've made. I was hesitant at first since I am not accustomed to purchasing big items online. My kids needed a laptop for school work. Excellent screen display. I like that it's touch screen. Good video calls (web cam) Great keyboard layout. Fast speed internet. Its everything the reviews say it is. Price was over my budget but no regrets. Don't let the Windows 10 S Mode keep you from making this purchase. It is really easy to switch to Windows 10. Takes less than 5 mins. and it runs the same. I definitely buy it again.

I love the size and the ability to tap the screen. Its light weight and works well to meet all my needs for school and work....great purchase!!

this was a replacement computer for my daughter who lost her jub due to covid-19. the one she had belonged to her job she got fired from due to the virus. she fell in love with this when she found it was a touch screen making it easier for her to do wha tshe has to do on the computer. was glad to put a smile on her face.

Great product for the price. Appropriate for teenage class usage. Had to remove the safety feature in order to use Zoom conferencing function.

I have had Dell computers for the last 20 years. My last two units finally died (one by my messing with BIOS and the other just quit powering on). I told the customer service rep that I was disappointed in my Solid State Drive on one of those computers because I couldn't remove it and drop it in somewhere else. He directed me to this computer. Dual drives (one removeable and the other is Solid State). Runs like a dream, easy to use, has a built-in 9-key pad, touch screen and is not too heavy. Overall a great deal!
