Had a Dell desktop many years ago after Apple became too expensive. I replaced desktop with 2 HP Windows 8.1 laptops because I needed computer in two different locations. Since Covid distancing, laptops were insufficient without touchscreen,and HP mouse is too sensitive. Happy w Dell laptop, especially speakers and HD. My only complaint Microsoft and Explorer/Edge Ads constantly taking over screen. This is fixable, but I have not changed browser yet. I still think 8.1 is better than Windows 10, but Dell makes a fine product.

This laptop is wonderful! The touch screen features are great and are incomparable to the others that are way more expensive on price..

Works perfect for everyday use. Bought for college use and is lightweight to carry around. Touch screen is such an added bonus to have.

Never would have bought something without seeing it in person first, but the pandemic sort of changed that. I wanted something affordable yet reputable. I had a Dell computer for years and years so decided to get a Dell laptop. This laptop is a perfect home use laptop yet is great for my 'working remotely' right now. The screen size is perfect.

Very easy to set up and maneuver. Perfect for what I need. The battery life doesn’t last very long but that is not a problem for me.

I've always liked Dell laptops. Best bang for your bucks in my opinion. I purchased for my 9 year old niece and she loves it.

Bought this PC out of box at the peak of the pandemic, so wasn't able to try it out at Best Buy. There was an issue with it not being set up for personal use as it was used as a demo in the store. After almost 2 weeks Geek Squad FINALLY was able to remove all the demo marketing software and get me set up as a user so I could begin operating it. Everything works great now. Super fast and plenty of storage capacity. Would definitely recommend the product, but not the lousy purchase experience.

i use it for work and school and some moderate gammming i love it for its storage capacity and performance great all around

If you are not looking to break the bank, and just need a computer to handle some internet usage and Microsoft Office, then this is a great computer. Boots up fast and can handle all of the basic functions with ease. I have not played any games on it, nor do I plan time. I would recommend picking up an external mouse, as no matter what settings I changed, I could not get the track pad to reduce its hyper sensitivity. (

Needed a new laptop since we're all working from home now. After the first week, so far so good. Pretty fast, lots of storage, lightweight, good battery life, all the things one would want in a laptop. So far it's everything we need. Haven't used the touchscreen very often buts it's there if I need it. So far I'm very satisfied with it.

Wonderful laptop. I highly recommend this for the price and it's an 8GB laptop. You cannot go wrong with this.

My son purchased this to use for college. Its fast and easy to use. He also watches a lot of anime. It still works fine.
