I have had horrible service since I bought the computer. Geek Squad never called to schedule the set up of my new computer. Tried to call the store. No answer. Went to the store and the guy at the door kept interrupting and talking over me even after I asked him not to. So, I continued to talk and make a scene for everybody to enjoy. He said that they do not have anybody answering the phones, I needed to make an appointment (but there are no appointments available or he can refund me). Finally got through to the 800 number for Geek Squad to setup an appointment. He could not reach the store either. Geek Squad does not keep records of past service and they asked me for info that only they would have. My computer was supposed to be ready 2 days ago,but tracking says that they haven't started. I've called the direct number that they told me they answer, but still no answer. I have left 4 voicemails with no return call. Very frustrated and fed up.
